Dick has always eaten healthy, and kept a good physique ever since a young age, due to being in the circus. Although, this didnt stop people from commenting on his diet, which was an ordinary diet and with all the exercise and activities he does it was completely healthy, bur since he wasn't a stick insect weight wise people had to comment.
His family had noticed something up, he had less energy than usual. This was due to him intaking less calories and so having less energy which he was using up on his patrols.
Alfred also noticed Dicks weight had dropped, and so he brought up the issue to Bruce.
"Master Bruce?"
"Yes, Alfred? What's the matter?"
"It seems to me that Master Dick has lost a significant amount of weight recently."
Bruce soaks in Alfreds words and it dawns on him his son must have been going through something and he didn't notice?
"I suppose you are right, i shall talk to him tonight."

    ~Later that evening~

Some of the batfamily were in the living room, this included, Dick, Jason, Tim and Damien. They were watching a film when Bruce walked in as it finished, Tim and Damien left to go cause whatever trouble they were planning when Bruce sat to talk to Dick.
"Richard?"
Dick was taken aback, Bruce never used his full name.
"Y-yeah, B?"
"Ive noticed a change in weight, a noticable change. Care to explain?"
Dick gulped he knew that he'd be figured out but like this?
"Umm i dont know what youre talking about?"
"Dick."
"I really dont"
Jason, still being in the room posed the idea of,
"How about we go to the bathroom and you weigh yourself"
"..."  
"Yeah, thats a good idea, come on then"
Dick nodded, getting up, and knowing he couldn't get out of this one.
The other two, younger boys, had heard it all and had already ran upstairs and grabbed the scales waiting for the others to get there.
Upon seeing Tim and Damien, Dick almost could've laughed if he wasn't about to be found out about his eating habits.
"Go on then."
Jason ushered.
Dick took a deep breath then stepped onto the scales, it read,
"9 stone"
Jason said barely above a whisper, astonished.
"Chum, that is not a healthy weight for a 26 year old 5"10 man."
Dick was shocked, he hadn't meant it to get this bad, he just wanted to be leaner.
"I..i didnt mean for it to get this bad..."
"Hm? What do you mean?"
Dick paused  Stepping off of the scales.
"I was getting...comments..."
They knew exactly what he meant as soon as he said that. Everyone who knew and loved Dick were sick of the comments. He didn't deserve them, he was kind, healthy, funny, caring and an amazing person in general. How could people be so rude to a person like him?
"Dickie-bird, you are completely fine the way you are, and even though its not usual for me to say something like this, you dont need to keep counting calories and listening to what others say alright? Theyre all just fucking dumbasses who are insecure."
Jason states a hand resting on Dicks shoulder. His other two brothers agreed, and Bruce spoke up,
"Hes right, Chum. You dont need to worry about that stuff, jts not healthy, 'kay?"
Dick, kinda shocked, nods, "Thank you guys.."

       ~later that night~      
Jason, Damien, and Tim were now scoping out Gotham. They had found who was sending most of the messages that were getting to their brother, and they were gonna pay them a visit.

Dick still can't help but check packaging for the calories and fat contents. When one of his siblings sees this they make sure to comment. Here's an example.

Dick: *looking at a packet of bread rolls and putting them back*

Jason: "The fuck are you doing?"

Dick: "Oh um they are umm...unhealthy"   

Jason: "I will shove them down your throat i swear to god just eatthe damn rolls!"   

Dick: *not sure whether to feel threatened or to feel happy his brother cares*           
Dick: "ok..."
