The one where: you have Appendicitis

Gracie's POV.

I was woken by the sound of groaning beside me. I looked over and saw Y/n curled up with her eyes shut.  I shook her shoulder

Gracie-"Baby? What's wrong?"

Y/n-"My- My stomach"

Gracie-"1-10 how bad is it?"

Y/n-"11 if tha- that's possible"

I knew this was serious so I got out of bed and put a hoodie on. I grabbed your shoes and helped put them on.  I picked you up bridal style and Carried you down carefully down stares.

Y/n-"w- where are we g- going?"

Gracie-"I'm taking you to the hospital to be safe ok?"

She just nodded and closed her eyes again. I rubbed her arm up and down.

As we pulled up to the hospital I carefully picked her up and took her in.

Gracie-"Help! My girlfriend needs help! She's in pain!

Nurse-"Ok! Get the stretcher!"

They got the stretcher and I laid her down on it. She was still sleeping. She woke up when her back hit the bed

Y/n-"W- what's going on Gracie?!"

Gracie-"Shhh, you're gonna be fine. Their  just gonna examine you to make sure your ok"

Nurse-"so, we figured out what the issue is, and she has appendicitis."

Gracie-"so... Surgery?"

Nurse-"Unfortunately yes. It has to happen now or it could lead to something worse"

Y/n-"NO! I don't want surgery!"

Gracie-"baby, it's gonna be fine. You'll feel 10X better after right?"

The nurse nodded and I kissed her forehead.

Nurse-"you can come with her when we give her anesthesia but you can't go in the Operating room"

Gracie-"Ok, Let's get this over with"

They willed her back after giving her anesthesia and I say back in the room she was gonna be wheeled to when she was done. They said it shouldn't be more than 1 hour max.

An hour has passed but no Y/n. 30 minutes and finally I Saw y/n getting wheeled back. I stood up when she was wheeled in.  I brushed hair out of her face and kissed her hand.

Nurse-"she's gonna be just fine. Surgery went smoothly. She just took a little longer to wake up but she's all fine. She can go home tonight."

Gracie-"Thank you!"

He nodded and left the room. Leaving me and Y/n alone.  A couple minutes later she fluttered her eyes open.

Y/n-"G- Gracie?"

Gracie-"I'm here baby. Your ok"

Gracie-"feel better now love?"

Y/n-"much"

Gracie-" good. You had me worried for a minute"

Y/n-"when can we leave?"

Gracie-"now if you're feeling ok? Want me to get the wheelchair?

She nodded and I kissed her forehead again and left the room for the wheelchair. I came back and helped her.  I left the hospital and we drove home.

I set her on the bed and crawled in with her. I moved her closer and played with her hair.

Y/n-"I love you Gracie so much"

Gracie-"I love you more Y/n. Now let's get some sleep, huh?"

She nodded and we both fell asleep holding each other.
