The one where: She asks your mom for marriage blessing.

Gracie's POV:

It was a calm Sunday morning, I've had a ring for about a month, I always wanted to Propose but never had the right moment. But then it clicked, I never had Y/N's mom's Blessing. I took the ring box out of my locked nightstand drawer, I headed for the door and opened it.  I drove to her parent's house and knocked on the door hiding the box in my back pocket.

Jen-"Gracie! How are you hon?"

Gracie-"Hi Mrs Aniston, I wanted to ask you something important."

Jen-"Of course dear, come in!"

Jen-"and please we've known eachother for 5 years call me Jen"

I nodded and we sat down on the couch.

Jen-"What'd you wanna ask?"

I pulled the box out of my back pocket and revealed a silver ring.

Jen-"Is thi- Are you?"

Gracie-"I wanted to for a while but knew I needed your approval. Y/n would kill me if I didn't ask you."

Gracie-"So, Do I have your blessing to marry your daughter?"

She had tears in her eyes.

Jen-"OF. COURSE! Omg this is so exciting! I've never seen Y/n so in love or happy before. She talks non stop about you when we visit."

Gracie-"I've never been this in love either. Let alone never wanted someone to marry"

I hugged her and she hugged me back. She kissed the side of my cheek and I smiled.

Jen-"When are you gonna propose?"

Gracie-"Im thinking Tomorrow on the boat at sunset. You can come on a separate boat and follow us and film it if you want?"

Jen-"That sounds beautiful. And I'd love to! Text me when you're an hour from leaving so just can get there before you guys and launch my boat"

I nodded and we hugged again. I said goodbye and put the ring back in my pocket and drove home.

Gracie-"Hey babe! You ready for our date out on the boat?"

Y/n-"I'm so excited babygirl"

Gracie-"I have a surprise for you when we're there."

Y/n-"God everyday you make me fall more in love with you Gracie"

I giggled and took her hand to lead it out to the car. I subtly texted her mom that we are leaving. She said okayyy. I made sure I had the ring and drove off.

We got to the boat rentals and we got on it. Oh yea, Y/n was in a navy blue dress with her hair in a pony tail with a bow in it of course.

It was sunset and we were parked in the middle of the lake, I got out of the drivers seat and texted her mom to start recording. I walked over Y/n. She was standing in the front of the boat looking at the sunset, with a glass of red whine in her hand.  I grabbed her hand and turned her around to face me and knelt down on one knee.

Y/n-"Omg, is this really happening?"

Gracie-"Y/n Aniston, I've loved you since day one when I met you in the tent for the eras tour. I don't know why you said yes to be my girlfriend. I don't think you'll say yes to marry me but I can't imagine my life without you. Every sick day I've had you'd be home in a millisecond to take care of me. I'd do the same for you. When I got into a car accident you were there through EVERYTHING. Never left once. I can't believe it's been 5 years already but I want it to be forever. Y/n Aniston, Will you make me the happiest singer songwriter/woman ever and do the honor of marrying me?"

She had tears coming down and she would wipe them away.

Y/n-"YES. FUCK YES ILL MARRY YOU GRACIE MEDIGAN ABRAMS!

I slipped the ring on and kissed her. I heard her mom screaming

Jen-"OMG YAY IT HAPPENED!"

I giggled into the kiss and she pulled away confused. But she looked over and saw her mom in another boat jumping up and down and waving her arms.

Y/n-"I SAID YES MOM"

Gracie-"She knows babygirl.  I told her to follow us and film it. "

Y/n-" you are sneaky Miss Abrams."

I kissed her again and picked her up bridal style.

Gracie-"hope u can swim!"

I threw her in and jumped after her. We were both floating. The sunset getting darker.  I cupped her cheeks and we had our foreheads pressed together.

Y/n-"God I can't wait to marry you"

Gracie-"Me either."

I kissed her and swam to the ladder of the boat and climbed in. I handed her a towel and we drove the boat back hand in hand.

At home we were cuddling and watching Anyone But You. I felt small breaths noticing she was asleep so I turned off the TV and lamp and went to bed myself. 

A/n-AHHH I LOVED THIS CHAPTER. IT WAS SO FUN TO WRITE. 2 more UPDATES LEFT THIS WEEK. IM TAKING THE WEEKEND OFF. I LOVE U ALL. (Not using google docs just Wattpad on my phone so, sorry if the grammar is bad)
