Whooo part three! Sorry for kinda abandoning this story lol. Again, procrastination and an extremely busy schedule. But hope you enjoy! Let's gooooo!
Suddenly, a scream echoed around the bathroom. Soyeon.
Soojin whipped around, to see Soyeon clutching her head like it was going to explode. The tiny leader was whimpering and screaming in pain, and her eyes were shut impossibly tight. Shit. Soojin dashed to Soyeon's side, seizing her shoulders urgently. "Oh god oh god Soyeon, Yeonie, are-are you okay?" Soyeon cried out again, her sob dry and pitiful. She said something like "H-Head hurts" before letting out another yelp of pain. Alright. Think Soojin, think. She said her head hurts. What should I do? Right! Aspirin! I have that downstairs in the medicine cupboard, and she used to take that for her regular migraines. Back when we-nevermind.
Racing downstaries and grabbing the little white pill bottle, Soojin frantically filled a mug with water and scrambled upstairs. Soyeon was still crying out in the tub, squirming. Soojin knelt down beside the whimpering baby lion and gently pried her mouth open, and proceeded to cram the pills down the leader's throat, and trickled a little water into her mouth to help the pills to go down her throat easier. Soyeon stopped twisting, but out of nowhere, she gagged and threw up all over the bathroom floor. As she looked down at the mixture of a half dissolved pill, saliva, stomach acid and bile pooling on the floor, Soyeon began whimpering in fear. Oh right. Soyeon was scared of vomiting.
"Shh, baby. It's alright. Your okay. I'm not mad. Cmon, I'll dry you and we can try again in my room, in bed, okay honey?" Wrapping Soyeon in a fluffy towel and supporting her out of the bathroom, carefully avoiding the vomit. Soyeon seemed dazed and her eyes were unfocused. When they finally reached Soojin's room, Soojin gently peeled the towel off the leader's body and tugged one of her hoodies onto the leader's small frame and a pair of dark cotton shorts. Soyeon sniffled sadly and held her hands out to the fox.
"W-Wan' hug." Oh. Ah, it happened. Sometimes, when Soyeon was sick or overwhelmed, she would start speaking in broken sentences. It was one of the leader's insecurities, but the members had all reassured her that they found her little lisp absolutely adorable. Bending down Soojin scooped Soyeon into her lap, pressing soft kisses onto the top of her head as the clearly touch deprived leader fisted her shirt weakly, sniffling into her shoulder softly. What happened to her? Soojin wondered for the millionth time as she snuggled the leader in her lap. After a few minutes, Soyeon managed to calm down but she was extremely clingy, and refused to leave her lap. Soojin was happy to indulge in her loving cuddles though, it had been too long since they properly bonded via skinship.
"C-Can I stay w-with you for n-now? I d-don' wanna go b-back." Soojin looked down to see Soyeon's watery eyes looking up at her, full of pleading. Soojin frowned.
"Yeonnie, I want you to stay with me too, but the other girls and ou-your company needs you. They'll think you have been kidnapped. I'll let you stay, but only with their knowledge, 'Kay?" But Soyeon wasn't having it. "N-No! P-Please, I-I don' wanna go b-back t-there!" Soojin tilted her head. "Did the stupid sh-nevermind. Did the company do something to you?" Soyeon rubbed her eyes sadly. "N-Not the company. Th-The m-members...Th-They..."
"WHAT?!" Soojin yelped. She lept up from the bed, fuming. Never. Never in a million freaking years did she think her sweet, sweet members would hurt anyone. At all. So her vision clouded with red as she struggled to comprehend why their members would ever hurt the patient and quiet leader. Soyeon sniffled. "Th-They...Ever s-since you l-left, they were kind of i-ignoring me. I just th-thought it was b-because of o-our schedule, b-but now th-they..." Oevercome with her tears again, Soyeon buried her face into Soojin's shoulder. Rubbing the leader's shoulders gently, Soojin pondered furiously about why the members would exclude the girl like that. With her gone, Soyeon was no doubt the quietest of the group, but the hidden fake maknae always bonded with the members well, better than Soojin did.
Soyeon's shoulders slumped as she curled up in Soojin's lap. "They're just blatantly excluding me now. And they hate me. Minnie yelled at me to not be selfish and do the dishes even though it was Shu's turn, because she needed her rest more than I needed mine, but I already cleaned the whole house and worked for the whole day, but she didn't care about me." Soojin was glaring at the ground so hard it a hole was probably already burnt through it. What? Minnie was the sensitive and one with the most emotional intelligence and empathy, so that was extremely out of character for her. Huffing, Soojin brushed a stray lock of dark hair from Soyeon's face.
"You can stay with me for the night, and I promise I won't tell." Soyeon visibly relaxed at that. "However, we are going to the dorms tomorrow to have a good talk with the members about what is going on."
Ooh cliffie ending. How do you guys think this will end? Why were they ignoring her? If you guys have any ideas or suggestions, feel free to leave them in the comments! As usual, love you all, and bye! <3
