My butt was getting numb from the hard chair I was tied to and so was my arms and legs.

They could have atleast tied me to a softer chair if they wanted to kindnap me.

The room was dark and my eyes slowly started to get used to it. I started to see the outlines of some things. The light under the door had disapeared hours ago, as I thought. I didn't really have a clock in the room so I wasn't sure. I could only count on my instincts, which now told me it was time to go to the bathroom.

From what I could see the room was empthy. Only a few boxes which were placed in the corner of the small room.

My mouth was dry and by this time I was ready to eat snow. And that really ment something in the middle of spring when any snow that you could find would be either with dog pee or mud.

I was half asleep when I saw the light under the door lit up and the door opening. I closed my eyes in frustration to see. The light attacked my eyes like thousand little knives which were digging holes into my eyeballs.

As I struggled with the sudden change of lighting someone took my hands and freed them from ropes. At first I didn't understand what he was doing, but when the curly haired head appeared in front of me and helped my to untie my legs I finally understood.

I looked at the guy in front of me in shock.

What is he doing? Is he insane?

The feeling of relief and anger came to me at once. Familiar green eyes locked onto mine. He helped me to stand up. I was out of words. Emotions were getting over me again.

It was him. It was him who tricked me to walk in here. It was Michael.

And now he is rescuing me?

I only managed to let out a breath and looked at him in disbelief.

"Why?"

When I understood what was happening next, he was already pushing me into the room where he came from.

This is just another part of his plan. He is not on my side. He just lied to me. This must be another part of his stupid plan... He betreyed me and now he is trying to do something with me.

I started to panic and shook his hands off of my shoulders. He didn't let go and just gripped them harder and pushed me harder. I started to hyperventilate and tripped. He managed to catch me and bring me back to my feet.

"We don't have much time. I only distracted him for a few minutes. Come on?"

"Why are you doing this all?"

"We don't have time for this. I'm helping you can you not understand that? I will explain everything later."

The thought of him helping me terrified me. He pushed me forward again and this time I stopped fighting him and allowed him to drag me along.

We reached a door. It seemed normal, with white, almost unnoticable designs. I didn't know what I was doing. I made a break from Michaels arms. I started to run towards the door not minding the familiar gaze behind me. I would look like a complete idiot if the door was locked.

"No. You shouldn't go in there!" Michael yelled trying to pull me back to him.

I runned to the door and turned the handle. I was glad it wasn't locked.

I faced a dark room. There was nothing in it except boxes like the room I was kept in.

I could swear there was light behind the door before. Suddenly this idea didn't seem so bright.

I glazed around the room searching for something or someone. There was nothing.

What was I even thinking? My brother or father trapped in here? The man said they were far away from me...

Michael grabbed my arm and pulled it.

"Do you want to kill yourself? I'm helping you and if you aren't going to move, you and I both are going to be dead in a minute, if you don't come with me."

I looked around again for something. I saw something in the corner of the room.

I swallowed my anger against him.

"Wait. There is something..."

"There is nothing. You're paranoid. Stop acting and come with me."

I focused my glare at the corner in the room where a saw something and now I could see that there was definately something there. I just didn't know what. It was too dark.

I walked closer. I still couldn't see it so I bent down. It didn't move. I turned my face towards the door in which was standing Michael.

My neck suddenly started to hurt. It wasn't the I've-been-sleeping-in-the-same-pose-for-the-last-twelve-hours kind of pain. It was like my skin was torn off from it. I flew to the middle of the room with something on me.

It was a dog. From all that I could see it had black fur and light blue eyes.

My vision grew blurry from tears as I tryed to supress my pain.

It's teeth was digging holes into my skin. It was ripping apart my shoulder and my neck.

I heard a loud hit and when I managed to realise what was happening the dog disapeared from my view.

My eyes felt heavy. I tryed to keep them open as best as I could but they were glued together.

Someone shook my shoulder.

"Zarah?! Zarah?! Stay awake! Do you hear me? Stay awake!"

I felt warm arms sliding under my knees and waist. They lifted me up. I was unable to move from shock that that animal caused me. Hiding a cry wasn't exactly a easy thing to do when he lifted me up. My heavy head fell back and the pain creased sence the wounds were now wide open.

The hands pushed me against their chest and my side turned numb from the heat it was radiating. We started running. My eyes were closed, but I was still conscious. The sound of loud footsteps rushing through the maze of hallways somehow calmed me.

I listened to his heartbeat for a moment before we turned again.

The pain didn't seem so bad anymore. It was as if I got used to it. I tried to lift my arm, but I couldn't do it. My arm fell unmoving as it was before.

I had only one selfish thought running through my head.

Make this all stop.

He put me down. Something soft and comfortable met my body though I wanted to be in his warm arms a little bit longer.

I opened my eyes and realized I was laying in the back seat of a car.

Michael jumped in the drivers seat and started the engine. It didn't start for quite a while when he finaly managed to make it work.

The car was old and it smelled like dust.

We drove off as fast as we could. I hoped Michael is getting me some kind of medical help because I didn't want to bleed to death.

The ruff sound of the car's engine somehow comforted me. Despite the pain I fell asleep.
