I sneaked out of my aunts house unseen and walked the whole way back. I was too deep in thoughts to call a cab. I knew I had to get me and my family out of this mess. This whole thing just felt wrong.
First - we all get kidnapped, then I am set free to do something for them at my family's cost and now my brother escapes. It was like they were never planing on letting him out anyway. And the thing with my brothers escape just couldn't be right. The - opened cell thing - was taken out of place and it didn't fit in this situation and it certenaitly weren't in The Man's plans. So what I just have to figure out what in this mess went wrong - what went right.
The way back was full of unanswered questions witch were mocking me. They were so many. Nothing made sence to me anymore.
Why could my brother escape? Why was the cell open? Is there someone who could be on my side? What are they doing with my parents? Where are they now? Where do I fit in this situation? What do I do now? What can I do now?
...The letter...
I remembered the letter which was laying under my pilow. I hoped that no one found it. I had to get to the house as fast as I could. I started running.
It was early in the morning and the sun started to rise. I saw the light rising up to the sky and blinding me. I had to get to the house or else they would find the letter. I needed to know what's inside of it.
I hoped no one went inside of my room and no one could see the letter before me. There was no way I could explain this - whatever was in that letter.
I pushed the front doors open and runned in looking for someone who would stop and yell at me for not being home at night. I looked around and there was no one. I remembered - Emily's and Michael's parents weren't home. So it just left Michael and Emily to look out for.
I tried to calm my heavy beating heart down by exhaling large, deep breaths.
Quietly I went upstairs trying not to make a noise.
I opened my(guest) room's door not even bothering to switch on the light. I went straight to my bed and layed on it. My hand sliped under my pillow looking for the envelope I had left hidden. I grabed it and pulled it out from under the pillow. I looked at it. It looked bright white in the dark. I was just about to rip the envelope open when a strange wave of exaustence flew over me. I realized - I couldn't bare any news right now. It was just too much for me. All I wanted was sleep. And I slept.

"Hey! Why are you out here?" My brother asked me as he aproached me and sat beside me on one of the steps on the porch. It was dark. My family was having a reunion. There were so many people arrived that I couldn't even count that far. It was hard to immagine that all of the people here were my relatives or friends.
"They're so many. There isn't any air to breathe in there and plus I wanted to be more further from aunt Alma as possible. She's creepy..." we bouth laughed at my answer remembering the time when our aunt Alma brought us to the cirkus and called us "Molly and Fred". She didn't remember our real names so instead of asking us she gave us new ones. And that wasn't even the worst scenario.
"Yeah, I know." He replied with an smile on his face making me giggle.
"Why are you here? Mom was making her special pie recipe for you. You should go and taste it."
"I already tasted it. It was delicios. You shoud taste it too. She told me to call you inside to help her with something."
He looked at me with his big eyes. I stood up and staightened my dress.
"Good luck..."He said and smirked.
"What's that's supposed to mean?" I asked him as I opened the front door.
"You'll see..."
The door closed and my view of him was gone. I went into the kitchen and saw my mom standing in front of something big. Behind her was something big and yellow. When she saw me and turned to me I saw it. My mouth fell right open. It was a yellowish, big - five foot tall birthday cake.
"From your stare I could see you don't like it..." my mom said with a grin.
"It's not that I don't like it. It's just really big...and yellow... Whose birthday is it anyway?"
" Aren't I allowed to make a bithday cake if there is no birthday? Show me the rules and tell me it's against them." she dared me and I laughed. Sometimes she could really argue for hours so I didn't want to push it.
"And it's for our reunion party anyway! It's for our families' birthday party! Please go tell your brother not to eat all of the sweets on the table in the back yard. I can already smell those sweets soaling into stomach fat and teethacke." she told me.
Yeah, that was our mother. Looking out for us everywhere we went.
"Okay! Okay! Got it! Why you gotta be so rude, don't you know I'm human too?"
"Oh, I know and I'm not gonna let you marry anyone at this young age!" she winked at me. "Now go ahead, stop your brother before he has eaten the whole table."

I woke up and realized it was already 11:32 a.m. It seemed like I was asleep for just two seconds when I already woke up.
Without any thinking I took the letter and ripped it open.
This time there were two paper notes in it. There was an invite for some kids football game and a description for my next task.
