The battlefield lay silent as the Mothers passed judgment on the fallen gods. Lazrael, still defiant, struggled against the bonds that held him. But no matter how much power he called upon, it was useless in the presence of the Mothers.

Astralis: (her voice unwavering) "You sought to destroy what you could not control. You forgot that the cosmos is not a thing to be ruled, but a force to be in harmony with."

Lazrael spat on the ground. "You speak of harmony while you hold the universe in your iron grip. How are you any different from me?"

Seraphis smiled sadly. "We do not rule. We guide. And when necessary, we correct the path of those who seek to tear the universe apart."

Ayla stepped forward, her eyes filled with compassion despite the horrors she had witnessed. "Lazrael, it is not too late. You do not have to be destroyed. There is still a place for you in the cosmos, but you must let go of your hatred."

For a moment, something flickered in Lazrael's eyes—doubt, regret—but it was gone as quickly as it appeared. His face twisted in anger once more. "I will never submit to you!"

Lunara, who had remained silent, finally spoke. Her voice was soft but filled with infinite sadness. "Then you will be undone, Lazrael. Not by us, but by the forces you yourself have set in motion."

The Mothers raised their hands in unison, and a brilliant light enveloped Lazrael and Icaris. The very fabric of their existence began to unravel, their divine forms dissolving into stardust. Lazrael screamed in defiance, but it was too late. The power he had sought for so long consumed him.

As their forms disintegrated, the battlefield seemed to sigh in relief. The stars, which had dimmed during the battle, began to shine once more. The cosmos, fragile but enduring, had been saved from the brink of destruction.
