Footsteps were quickly running through the hall. They were coming from a very excited flower. He went down the hallway where the main characters bedrooms were. He stopped at a door with a moon symbol in front.

Astro's room,

Dandy knocked on the door twice and waited. Nothing, he tried again. Still nothing, too eager to wait any longer he opened the door and peeked inside.

Astro's room was filled with glow in the dark stars, pillows of different blues and purples, a shelf full of books, a moon bed, and a sent of lavender that filled the air. The lights were off (of course) and small movements were coming from the bed.

"Hey, buddy? You awake?" Asked the flower. Astro slowly lifted his head eyes half closed as he looked to his friend.

"I am now" he whispered,

"Sorry. I didn't mean to wake you."

Dandy walked over to the bed and sat on the end of it. The moon curiously looked over at the flower who was digging in his pockets. What he pulled out was two necklaces. But not just any necklaces, these looked like friendship necklaces. One was a crescent moon the other was a half flower. Dandy then spoke.

"So the other day I was walking around thinking to myself and I thought back to when Sprout and Cosmo made friendship bracelets to show that they were best friends and I thought to myself, 'hey what if we had something like that.' Because we're best friends. So I got some help from Goob and Scraps and made us something to show that we are best friends!"

The flower handed Astro the moon necklace. The moon admired the jewelry and smiled. "Thanks Dandy."

"No problem buddy!"

"Can I go back to bed now?"

"Oh! Yes, of course! Sorry for bothering you."

"You could never bother me Dandy..."

"Heh aww thanks"

Present Day

Dandy looked down at both necklaces in his hand. When the humans disappeared and when everyone twisted he found Astro's half left on one of the floors. He'd had thought of the worst. That maybe his Moonlight had died. But today was the first time in over a year he'd seen him. And let me tell you Dandy was shattered.

The way he looked at him. The blurry red eyes, the four arms, the long demon like tail, the horn growing from his head, the way his body looked like it was cracking, and the way ichor was dripping from the mouth. Dandy wanted to fall down and cry right there. But he couldn't he just stood there.

He didn't know why he brought Astro with him up to the lobby. Maybe a bit of him hoped that the twisted would remember him, maybe he hoped Astro would untwist right then and there. But life isn't like that.

Dandy looked behind him looking at the sleeping twisted. 'Astro what happened to you?' He thought as he put the necklaces in a drawer. The sound of it closing woke up the sleeping twisted. Surprised he looked around the room before his eyes landed on Dandy.

"How'd you sleep buddy? Look like you haven't done that in a while."

Astro tilted his head.

"Did you want to know what I was doing?"

He nodded.

"Well I was just putting my supplies away. From the runs I do."

Astro pointed to the drawer.
