Astro was dreaming again.

This time it was different....

He wasn't sure where he was.
Some sort of space?
And he was floating.

Around him were bright orbs of light that shined in the night. He got closer to one and it showed him something.

A dream.

The dreams of the twisted. All different in many ways.

He didn't know they could dream. He didn't start dreaming until he met Dandy. But the dreams were like nothing he's ever seen.

They seemed.....normal.

Normal dreams.

Maybe they don't remember their dreams when they wake up.

One of the dreams he saw was Shelly's. That's her name right?
Yeah.
She was smaller the her twisted self and she was riding a Dinosaur. Huh

Another one was one of a cat.....? And she was sitting in a room drawing with someone, another dream was something being a prize for most clean person.....wha?

Oh! This one is a dream from the new guy he met. Glisten, yeah that's his name! This dream he was having a tea party with a few toons Astro didn't know. A teacup, a magnifying glass, and a 8-ball. They all look happy....like a family......

Astro turns away from the dream to see a different one and sees something strange.

A dream orb but all black and drippy. Taking a closer look he find out who this dream belongs too.....

Dandy.....

He was crying....on the ground. Why was he crying? Then he saw why.

He saw himself dead on the ground in front of Dandy.....

This wasn't a dream. It was a nightmare. A really bad nightmare. Astro doesn't want Dandy to be sad. He holds on to the dream. He wishes he could go in there to comfort him.

Just as he thinks that he is immediately teleported into the nightmare. Wow let's put that on the list of weird things he can do.

He quickly runs over to Dandy and calls out to him.

Dandy's head pricks up and turns around to see Astro. He run towards the moon giving him a big tackle hug. Both of them fall on the floor.

"Oh Astro....your alive!"

"Yeah I am. This is just a bad dream you're having."

"So.... It's really you....your really here?"

"Yeah. I'm here."

Dandy cries more into Astro. And the two hold each other for a while. Then Dandy speaks again.

"I can't  lose you. Not again. I care about you too much."

Astro never knew how close the two were before. But holding Dandy in his arms. He could tell that they were....and still are very close.

The two hug more and the nightmare around them slowly shifts into a dream. The dark void they were in turns into a flower field. The flowers around them were Moonflowers slowly swaying in the wind as the two just held each other.

Astro would make sure that Dandy would never have a nightmare again.
