Talia stood outside Alexia's building, staring up at the familiar structure as she leaned against the cool stone wall. A tired sigh escaped her lips as she thought to herself, I'm really down bad, aren't I?
It was late, she was exhausted, and yet here she was, waiting outside Alexia's place like a lovesick teenager. All because Alexia had drunk-dialled her, and Talia just couldn't bring herself to say no.
God, this is bad, she mused, a soft chuckle bubbling up despite herself. Waiting outside her building, dead tired, all because she got a little tipsy and called me?
She couldn't help but smile, though, the warmth creeping into her chest as she replayed Alexia's voice in her head—princesa, please be there. Something about the way Alexia said it, drunk or not, had her standing out here instead of heading straight to bed.
Talia sighed again, crossing her arms, trying to shake off the undeniable fact: she was already in deeper than she'd like to admit. And Alexia probably had no idea.

It wasn't long before Talia saw headlights cutting through the night, a car pulling up a little way down the road. The passenger door opened, and out stumbled Alexia, her movements slow and uncoordinated, while Mapi, looking mildly exasperated but patient, tried to keep her steady.
Talia quickened her pace, the soft click of her shoes barely audible on the pavement as she walked toward them. She could already tell from the way Alexia was swaying that she'd had more than enough to drink.
As soon as Alexia spotted her, a bright grin spread across her face, her eyes lighting up with recognition. "¡Princesa!" she called out loudly, her voice carrying through the night air. Without warning, she tried to shake free from Mapi's supportive grip, stumbling forward in Talia's direction.
"Shh, quiet down," Talia hissed softly, her eyes darting around to see if anyone was watching. But Alexia was too far gone to care about discretion. She practically collapsed into Talia's arms, her head resting against Talia's shoulder as she clung to her.
Talia sighed, slipping her arms around Alexia's waist to keep her upright. "How much have you had to drink?" she asked, looking down at her with an amused yet concerned expression.
Mapi, still standing a few feet behind, shook her head with a wry smile. "Too much," she replied dryly, crossing her arms.
Talia glanced over at Mapi, offering her a grateful smile. "Thanks for bringing her back in one piece," she said, her voice warm with appreciation.
"Of course," Mapi said, stepping closer to help, her gaze softening as she looked at the two of them. "Come on, let's get her inside before she topples over," she added with a chuckle, clearly used to Alexia's antics when she'd had too much to drink.
Talia nodded, adjusting her grip on Alexia as they slowly made their way toward the entrance of the building.
Alexia kept leaning in, lips brushing against Talia's cheek as she tried again and again to kiss her. "Princesa," she whined softly, her breath warm against Talia's skin, but Talia was more focused on keeping Alexia upright and getting her inside her apartment than indulging in her tipsy affection.
"Hold on, Lex," Talia murmured, gently nudging her away as Alexia pouted. The attempt to stay focused was making Talia flustered, especially with Alexia being so persistent.
From behind them, Mapi chuckled, thoroughly entertained by the situation. "What have you done to her?" she teased, raising an amused eyebrow at Talia.
"I don't know!" Talia answered, flustered and trying not to laugh herself. Alexia's clinginess was cute, but the timing wasn't exactly ideal.
