"You're...what?" Keefe blinked, watching as Tam was getting ready to go out.
"I'm going to meet Azalea and Ruki." Tam shrugged, looking over at Keefe, while attempting to buckle up his black boots - that gave him a good extra centimetres of height. "I- I know you don't like them but...Keefe, I just need to talk to them. They said something and... Look, I just- I'll be back in the next couple of hours, okay?"

Keefe let out a sigh and he went over, standing in front of Tam and placing his hands on Tam's shoulders. Keefe felt how Tam tensed up, afraid that Keefe would scold him. Keefe's thumbs rubbed in circles against Tam's shoulders.
"Okay." Keefe said, looking down at Tam. "As long as this isn't an excuse to, like, ditch me and ghost me, because Tam, that would absolutely break my heart and-"
Keefe stopped himself as Tam let out a laugh. Keefe smiled when Tam laughed and he leaned in.

"You're an idiot." Tam stated, looking up at Keefe as Keefe pressed their foreheads together.
"Mmhm...I still need ya to tell me that you aren't ditching me." Keefe grinned at Tam.
Tam rolled his eyes. "I will be back in a couple of hours, I swear."
"Alright, good." Keefe said.

"And...do you promise that you won't get yourself involved in their silly rebel group?"
Tam furrowed his eyebrows. "What?"
Keefe shrugged slightly. "I just don't want you to get caught up in all of that. Please Tam, no matter how persuasive they are, no matter how much 'cool' gothic stuff they may have-"
"Really? You think that if someone has a lot of 'gothic' stuff then I will just do whatever they please, like join their rebel group?" Tam raised his eyebrows.
Keefe smiled at Tam. "I mean-"
Keefe let out a quiet yelp as Tam slapped him on his shoulder. "Alright! Alright, I get it!"

Keefe took a deep breath as he leaned in closer to Tam. Tam kept his gaze on Keefe's eyes, seeing that they were full of worry.
"Just...promise me that you won't get involved with their rebel group." Keefe said softly.
"I promise you that I won't get involved with their rebel group, or any rebel group for that matter." Tam said, his tone of voice just as quiet and soft as Keefe's.

Tam reached his hands up and gently cupped Keefe's cheeks, reaching up and closing the gap between them. Keefe melted into the kiss, enjoying the sensation of Tam's lips against his, especially since it had been a while since they'd kissed. Unfortunately, the kiss didn't last long as Tam pulled away and he smiled at Keefe.

"I need to go, or else I'll be late." Tam said, taking his hands away from Keefe's face.
"Ugh, you sure we can't, like, make out before you go?" Keefe whined as he took his hands away from Tam's shoulders.
"We can make out later on." Tam rolled his eyes. "I'll see you later, Keefe."
Tam gave Keefe a smile before he turned away to leave.
"Mmhm, bye-bye~" Keefe said. Tam gave him a single wave and looked up the address on his phone, ran off, so he wouldn't be late.

Tam huffed as he finally arrived at the spot. A mostly deserted beach - it was pretty early. Ruki had told him that there would be someone coming to pick him up, as they were short on time and had to meet up at one of the headquarters for The Order. He wasn't honestly sure how he was supposed to find this member, but apparently they would be a high-ranking member. Tam felt a tap on his shoulder and turned around to come face to face with a somewhat tall young teen.

"Tam Song, amirite?" She asked, "I'm Karina. KiKi and Az sent me." Karina smiled at him, her white teeth standing out compared to her ebony coloured skin. Tam just stared at her. He guessed they had found him first.

"Uh, yes, that's me." Tam tilted his head, "You are one of the high-ranking members?"

"Yep, that's me! I guess you're surprised because I look so much younger than you guys, but I was raised in the group, so it was only a matter of time before I became a high-ranker." Karina confirmed. "Also, I don't do nicknames." Tam blinked at the familiar line. It reminded him of Marella. Karina was still talking, though.
