Today is the day. Jake is getting tested. he made sure to wake up early and get ready. He called from downstairs, "Babe! lets go!" he called Johnnie.

Johnnie was in the bathroom, finishing up his morning routine. He quickly finished up and walked out of the bathroom, walking downstairs.

“Alright, I’m ready! Let’s go.”

"I'm so nervous, I'm getting tested today..." Jake said as they get inside the car. Jake is driving to the therapy place.

“You’re gonna be fine, babe.” Johnnie said, taking Jake’s hand into his own. “I’m sure it’s gonna go well.” He added, gently rubbing the back of Jake’s hand with his thumb.

"I know its like im excited but nervous at the same time, trying to figure out what is wrong with me," Jake frowned as he stopped at a red light.

“I understand, but don’t stress too much. I’m sure they’ll find out what’s wrong, and they’ll be able to help you.” Johnnie reassured him, giving his hand a gentle squeeze.

"Thanks baby, see I knew i should've brought you," Jake smiled as he continued to drive with one hand on the wheel and the other holding Johnnie's hand.

"Of course. I’m here for you, always.” Johnnie smiled back, intertwining their fingers together. “You know I’d do anything for you, right?

"Yeah, i know. I'm sorry i just been so much in my head," Jake replied as he glanced at Johnnie before looking back at the road in front of him.

"Don’t apologize, babe. It’s completely understandable. You’re going through a lot right now, and it’s okay to be stressed out.” Johnnie said, gently rubbing Jake’s tatted arm. “Just know that I’m here for you, and I’ll do everything I can to support you.”

"Thanks hon," Jake replied as he parks the car up in front of the therapist building.

“You’re welcome.” Johnnie said, giving Jake a reassuring smile as he got out of the car. He walked around to the other side of the car and opened the door for Jake.

Jake walked out of the drivers seat and shuts the door. His facial expression is nervous as his hands were visibly shaking a bit.

Johnnie noticed Jake’s shaking hands and gently took them into his own, trying to calm him down.

“Hey, look at me.” He said, gently squeezing his hands. “It’s going to be okay. Just breathe, alright?”

Jake closes his eyes and takes a few deep breaths. Then opened his eyes again. His brown eyes locked with Johnnie's blue eyes.

Johnnie smiled softly as he saw Jake’s eyes open. He gently cupped Jake’s face with his hands.

“There you go. You’re doing great.” He said, rubbing his thumbs over Jake’s cheeks. “Just remember, I’m right here with you, okay?”

Jake nodded and leaned in and kissed Johnnie's lips softly.

Johnnie smiled against Jake’s lips as he returned the kiss, wrapping his arms around his waist. He pulled him closer, holding him tightly.

Jake pulled away from the kiss and said,

"Okay it's time."
