"I love you too," Jake said as he stopped the car in front of the house. He looked at Johnnie after shutting the car off.
Johnnie’s heart skipped a beat at Jake’s words. He looked at him with a soft smile and leaned in to kiss him gently on the lips.
“I love you more,” he whispered against Jake’s mouth.
Jake returned the kiss before pulling back, "Nooo, i love you more." He teased and exited the car.
Johnnie chuckled and followed Jake out of the car, playfully bumping into him. “Oh, so it’s a competition now, huh?” He teased back, wrapping his arms around Jake’s waist and pulling him close.
"Yep!" Jake laughed as he picked up his emo boyfriend. Scooping him up in his arms and carrying him into the house.
Johnnie let out a surprised yelp as Jake picked him up, his arms instinctively wrapping around Jake’s neck. He couldn’t help but laugh.“You’re such a dork,” he said affectionately, resting his head on Jake’s shoulder.
They went inside of the house. Jake sets Johnnie on the couch. "How about i order us some pizza and we watch a movie tonight?"
Johnnie settled onto the couch, a smile on his face.“That sounds perfect,” he said, looking up at Jake. “You know me too well.”
Jake laughed, "I love pizza,"he said as he ordering the food on his phone.
Johnnie watched as Jake ordered the pizza, his heart warming at how domestic this moment was. He loved the way they could just be together, doing mundane things like ordering pizza and watching movies. It felt like they were in their own little world, where nothing else mattered.
After about fifteen minutes or so, The door bell rings and Jake springed up and opened the door. He paid for the pizza and takes the box.
Johnnie got up from the couch and walked over to the kitchen, grabbing some plates and drinks. He couldn’t help but admire how excited Jake was about the pizza, his eyes lighting up.
They settle down with the food and drinks at the coffee table. Jake is picking out a romcom as he is eating a slice of pizza.
Johnnie takes a slice of pizza and watches as Jake scrolls through the romcoms. He chuckles to himself, knowing that Jake has a weakness for cheesy romances.
“You know, we’ve seen this one a million times,” he teased, gesturing to the movie Jake had selected.
"I wanna watch it!" Jake exclaimed with a laugh as he picks it out. Eating the pizza slice as the movie plays.
Johnnie rolled his eyes playfully and settled in next to Jake, watching the movie with him. He knew better than to argue with Jake when it came to his favorite romcoms.
As they watched the movie, Johnnie couldn’t help but steal glances at Jake, admiring the way his eyes lit up with excitement and how he smiled at the romantic scenes.
They ate the pizza and then cuddled on the couch. Jake was on the verge of Falling asleep. Which wasn't a surprise. He always falls asleep during movies.
Johnnie noticed that Jake was starting to doze off and couldn’t help but smile. He wrapped his arms around Jake, pulling him closer and letting him rest his head on his chest.
“Tired, huh?” He whispered, running his fingers through Jake’s hair.
Jake nodded as his hair is getting played with. He closes his eyes for a moment before reopening them. He leaned up and sleepily kissed his boyfriend.
Johnnie returned the kiss, his heart fluttering at the sight of a sleepy Jake. He pulled back and gently brushed a strand of hair out of Jake’s face.
“You’re so cute when you’re sleepy,” he said, smiling down at him.
Jake smiled, "And you're cute all the fucking time," he teased as he snuggled up against Johnnie.
Johnnie laughed and wrapped his arms tighter around Jake, holding him close. “Flattery will get you everywhere, you know,” he teased back, gently rubbing his back.
"Shut up," Jake laughed softly as he closed his eyes.
Johnnie chuckled and pressed a kiss to the top of Jake’s head.
“Okay, okay, I’ll shut up,” he said, continuing to run his fingers through Jake’s hair. “Just rest, baby. I’ve got you.”
"I love you" Jake whispered as he falls asleep.
Johnnie’s heart melted at Jake’s whispered “I love you”.
“I love you too,” he whispered back, his voice filled with affection. He continued to hold Jake close, making sure he was comfortable. Jake falls asleep.
Johnnie sat on the couch, holding a sleeping Jake in his arms. He couldn’t help but feel a sense of content washing over him as he looked down at his boyfriend.
From the moment they met, there was something special about Jake. He had this infectious energy and an endearing quirkiness that drew Johnnie in like a moth to a flame.
As they got to know each other better, Johnnie discovered that Jake was more than just a fun personality. He was kind, caring, and fiercely loyal.
