As you had a shower, all you could think about was how you had controlled your powers. It was hard and took nearly all of your energy but the adrenaline you had felt in replacement was thrilling. You couldn't stop looking at your hands trying your hardest to concentrate and see if you could voluntary turn them, but they didn't. You eventually dragged yourself out of the shower and placed a hoodie over your head and placed some shorts on as a knock sounded at your door.

"Ready?" Nat said smiling as you opened the door.

"Yeah," you replied, walking out.

You both entered the dinning area. Steve and Bucky were sitting together on a couch talking about something seriously. Sam was watching Wanda as she was plating dishes with food. You were watching a red man levitating next to her helping her plate everything. The man who Nat had informed you was Clint, sat cleaning arrows on the dining table, and Bruce had his head in a book at the other end. You stood there awkwardly as Nat made her way over to Clint.

Sam noticed you standing, and offered you a smile waving you over. As you walked over he turned to face Steve and Bucky, a devilish grin appeared on his face.

"Oh no, better go and hide metal man, she's come back for round two." He burst out laughing. Everyone turned to face you and a few of them started giggling, you couldn't help but smile a little as well as Bucky looked unimpressed.

"From where I was standing, you all got your asses beat, not just me." His face ghosted a fraction of a smile as Sam's smile now dropped.

"Grumpy old man," he mumbled turning to face you. You offered him a small smile, sitting down and smelling the most amazing food. Yet, you could feel someone's gaze still on you. You looked over your shoulder to the couch where Bucky was looking to you. As you noticed his gaze, his eyes quickly darted from yours back to Steve.

"Y/n, have you met Vision?" Wanda asked turning to face you.

"No, we haven't." He answered for you. He offered you a smile and as he moved through the kitchen bench to shake your hand.

"I hate when you do that man." Sam said shaking his body out. You giggled.

"Vision." You took his hand nervously and noticed the way Wanda looked at him, and you couldn't help but smile.

"Y/n." You offered shyly.

"So this is the one who's been breaking all my windows." The voice said. You turned to face the one and only Tony Stark. He was in a simple shirt and jeans, a lot different to the suits you had seen him wear on T.V.

"I, uh... I'm sorry." You stuttered as Vision, Sam and Wanda watched on.

"Don't sweat it, kid." His serious look dropped, as he made his way over to a cabinet with liquor, pouring himself a dark brown glass of something.

"Good to know I'm not the only one that can kick their asses." He joked gesturing to everyone sitting down. He walked over to Wanda and took a bite of something before she swatted his hand away. Sam rolled his eyes and went to go and sit at the dining table.

"So, Y/N, been liking the place?" He asked. Although everyone seemed to act cool around Tony you were intimated by his presence. Even him asking you simple question was making your heart race, like any answer could be wrong. You knew how powerful he was and that you had somewhat been crashing in his building without even knowing the man.

"Let's eat," Wanda interrupted before you could answer, holding up a serving plate of roast vegetable and chicken.

You waited patiently for the others to sit down before you did. There was only one chair left, next to Wanda and Bucky. You slid into the chair and shuffled in as Wanda gave you a warm smile. The others dug into the food, conversations happening everywhere, it was hard to focus on just one.
