Jungkook kept staring out right through the windows, it was still very dark.
Tears filling his eyes, threatening to fall any moment.
' Was he really safe?... Will he be safe? ' the questions kept circling in his head.
His thoughts were interrupted, when the pale looking officer handed him a tissue.
Jungkook waited a moment to look at the man before gently taking the tissue into his hands.
" You really appeared battered kid." The man said still his eyes connected to the road before.
Jungkook used the tissue wiping off the blood, that had fallen from his nose and lips, they appeared dried though his nose was still throbbing.
" Thank you " Jungkook said in a barely audible voice.
Yoongi nodded at that. He had observed the boy for quite sometimes. His body was trembling, yoongi could see the boy appeared traumatized.
So yoongi decided to ask jungkook for details once he was calm enough.
Jungkook was not sure when he had fallen asleep, when a small tap on his shoulder brought him to reality.
Jungkook jerked open his eyes, his heart racing fast, as his breathing became irregular.
On noticing jungkook's panic, yoongi wrapped an arm around the boy comfortingly, " Kid.... You are safe okay, calm down " He said gently offering jungkook the comfort.
Jungkook hugged yoongi's arm tightly seeking the comfort he had yearned for.
Yoongi somewhat gave him a sense of familiarity and comfort.
They stayed there for some more minutes, before yoongi asked him " Feeling better "
Jungkook did feel a little calmer than before so he nodded his head hesitantly.
Yoongi gave a small smile before getting off the patrol jeep.
Jungkook noticed they were before a police station.
Soon, yoongi opened the door for jungkook who climbed down looking at his surrounding like a lost doe.
Jungkook followed yoongi into the
Police station, which held the board Daegu - seoul highway station.
Jungkook kept staring at the board until he heard yoongi calling him in.

Jungkook was now sitting before the officer, a cup of hot chocolate steaming on the table before him.
He was covered up with a warm jacket which the officer had given him.
Jungkook saw a digital clock on the wall which read 3:30 am.
The room appeared empty except two other officers dozing off on their desk.
Jungkook fidgeted with his fingers looking down, as he saw Yoongi was busy typing up something into his system.
Yoongi looked up at jungkook clearing his throat for gaining his attention.
" So, Let's start with your name. Alright? " Yoongi asked him calmly.
Jungkook nodded his head looking down as he shrank back into his seat.
