They are now in their junior year and East Highland High School and things are starting to get complicated.

It was Monday morning at East Highland high school and Juliana was lingering in the parking lot with Maddy, Cassie and Kat, who agreed to meet her at her car so they could all go inside together. She really didn't want to walk in alone.
It was their first day back to school since the party where someone took a video of Juliana and Alex in the swimming pool together, then proceeded to send it around and post it online.
Juliana was so self-conscious and nervous that everyone would be talking about the video, and her. She almost stayed home but she was pretty sure if she missed any more days of school they would probably contact her mom, since she had been skipping so much lately.
Her mom was usually pretty relaxed about most things, but Juliana knew she would be extremely pissed if she found out how frequently she had been missing school lately.
"I just feel so embarrassed, I feel like the whole school has seen it by now."
"It's not even that bad, you didn't even actually have sex. And it's not your fault, you didn't do anything wrong." Maddy tried to comfort her.
"I know we didn't, thank god, but that video really makes it look like we did."
Cassie linked arms with her as they started making their way towards the school entrance. "You know I've been there, and it does really fucking suck, but it will blow over quickly."
"I thought I was gonna die when my video got around but everyone will be moved onto to the next thing by this afternoon." Kat added, holding the door open for her.
"I really hope you guys are right." Juliana sighed as they stepped inside.
Juliana knew what it was like when a girl's intimate pictures or videos got around school. It was never the fault of the girl; it was usually shared by some disgusting guy who didn't deserve to have her in the first place.
Yet it was the girl who would deal with the consequences, of other students looking and laughing and talking. She remembered when it happened to Cassie in freshman year, it was awful, she was so humiliated. And Kat, too, just at the beginning of the year, although she managed to get to video taken down quickly.
She was expecting the worst and was preparing to deal with the same ridicule as her friends did, but as the morning went on, she realized that no one was looking at her differently, or talking or laughing behind her back as she walked past.
She was relieved but a little confused, since she knew for a fact someone had posted the video online. That was how she watched it herself. She definitely wasn't complaining, but she was puzzled.
"Hey bitch," Maddy greeted Juliana as she approached her locker. It was lunch time and they were going to the cafeteria to sit with the other girls.
"Hey, so, I guess I was overthinking about everything, I haven't got any comments or anything like that all morning." Juliana said as they started to walk down the hall together.
