Arika's Pov:
I was keeping all my stuff and necessaties in their actual places in my room. Yes, I am staying here.
Flashback:
"Beta you never came for a day in these four year, we were dying to see you to touch you to feel your presence my child", my mother was saying these in emotional voice "and you forgot tomorrow is arriya's birthday that's the reason we called you for celebration, this year Arriya wanted a massive party, so we are throwing a party to all the dealers of your dad".
And then I looked over the calander and yeah, tommorow is her birthday, how can I forgot this, in all this rush it slipped from my mind.
"Beta, I don't know what has happen to you, but you were never like this, I'll not force you to tell me, but child never forget, I am always there for you to listen you, You'll will always have my shoulder to cry, whenever you'll feel like come and share thing to me" she said with tears welled up in her eyes. I turned my head other side because seeing her in tears I won't be able to control myself and I'll spit everything.
By standing and moving towards my study table staring at the keychain in instant I said her to put dinner, I am coming downstairs.
Because no more escaping from the reality, If not today then tommorow, I have to face the consequences of my deeds on day.

Author's pov:
Deep in thoughts arika was keeping her clothes inside her wardrobe, when her phone buzzed. Showing message from her bsf.
Radhika:
😡😡😡😡😡
Arika:
What happen??
Radhika:
Why didn't you inform me,
You were back in India.
Then it clicked her that she forgot to inform her very best friend about her arrival.
Arika:
I am so sorry! I was actually busy I am sorry radhu, tomorrow I'll surely come to meet you.
Radhika:
No tomorrow!!
Now!!
Open your room door.
Arika's Pov:
As I opened the door, Radhika jumped on me for a hug, she was hugging the shit out of me literally I was out of breath. We were best friends from 1st standard, going to the same college, our goals were also same.
But that one incident changed everything. "Radhu leave me yaar!!" I told her by pushing herself from me. "What is it to you, we have met after so long and you are not allowing me to hug you", she said in a dramatic way making a pout, moving towards the bed. "So long????" I said raising my one eyebrow "we met last month only" yes, Radhika often use to visit new york for her work and to meet me. So, we had always remain in touch. "Okay okay, what about tomorrow's preparation" she asked with curiosity "I don't know, I learned few hours before about arriya's birthday" I said in a low voice. "But mom was telling they are going to throw a massive party tomorrow" I said "Wowwwww!!" She literally screamed, I have to keep my hands on my ears "I can hear, no need to shout, why are you getting so excited" I asked with a smirk raising a eyebrow.
"No, no it's just Arriya's birthday that's why I am excited" she said looking everywhere but me. "Are you guys inviting Malhotra's also" she asked
"Umm, I don't know, but what is it to you" I asked with mischievous smile. "Arey nothing, what are you wearing for party, let's go for shopping tomorrow what say, we will get some gifts for Arriya also". She asked in excitement sitting on her knees ignoring the question I asked "Yeah, let's go we'll take Arriya also with us" "okayyyy" she said by side hugging me.
Avyan pov:
I was wearing my watch contemplating about what my parents wants to talk, so important. I took a glance of myself in mirror before emerging from my room heading to the dinning haul.
As I entered to the dinning haul my siblings were looking at me with glowing eyes and murmuring something between themselves. My dad signalled me to sit and to have breakfast, mom served me the breakfast and moved towards her seat not before patting my head. I dryly smiled at her.
"Dad, you wanted to talk something" I initiated breaking the silence. "Yes" he said "Umm... actually beta umm.." he was trying to speak but couldn't
"Dad, what is it" I asked in tension lingering
"As you know you are 28 now, we want you to get married".
