Chapter 16

Arika's pov:

"Ahh, mom" I woke with immense headache.

"Drink this" I heard a voice. I don't have the courage to open my eyes and to look at the person, my head is damn hurting. Just wanted to be in bed for the whole day.

I felt something on my lips and sweet on my tongue.

"Drink" I heard again and I gulped all and again driffted into sleep.

I opened my eyes to look for someone but this interior was unfamiliar to me. Fear crawled to my veins, I looked around to find someone. I rubbed my eyes to get a clear view and there the door swung open revealing Avyan. I took a relaxation breath.

"You are up" he said walking towards me.

"Get up and get ready fast. We have to go home" he said

"Where are we?" I asked, he turned around raising his brow and it took me some minutes to digest everything I did and happened last night.

My eyes widen at the realisation embarassment flushed into me.
"Fuck!!" The only word came out but it wasn't audible enough for avyan to hear.

"What's the time?" I asked

"1:30" he replied and I stood up in bed, wide eyes.

"Whattt??!!!! Why didn't you wake me up, today is our Sangeet. You messed up everything. Avii you........" I blurted out but avi interrupted in between.

"Get ready and come outside in 10 minutes. I am waiting" he said sternly and walked outside.

I think he is upset. I shrugged off the thought for while and changing my clothes in a suitable outfit which avii already had kept on couch before I woken up.

Author's pov:

Avyan was sitting on couch scrolling his phone, when the door opened revealing arika in simple suit.

"Chale?" She asked in lower voice walking towards him and by nodding avyan and arika went towards the car.

Avyan opened the passenger door for her. She settled herself, avyan also took his seat and drove the car to the house. The fifteen minutes of ride was completely silence.

"Are you angry with me?" Arika asked breaking the awkward silence. Avyan didn't reply.

"Avii" she again called out shaking his arms.

"Who made you drunk last night? Why didn't you enlighten me about your where being?" He asked

"Wo, actually.......ooye today is our Sangeet, I have to practice, drive fast we are already late" arika said showing fake worry.

"A professional dancer doesn't require any practice. Don't try to change the topic" Avyan boringly replied.

"Arriya and Radhika made me drink saying it's apple drink. I wasn't aware" Arika replied

"Good, and you didn't even care to tell me about your where being" avyan said looking at her putting the break on drive.

"Aviiii......" She tried to say but he opened his door and stepped outside saying "We reached"

'Mai tumhe mana lungi' arika said to herself and stepping outside went inside the house.

It was night the lights were shimmering. The all decorations were done with purple and white flowers, and decorating stuff were decorated. In the middle was the huge stage and big light around them a screen behind the stage displaying different effects.
