Epiode 8: Splitting Up

The episode opens with an eerie quiet, broken only by the sound of giggling. The remaining contestants stir awake, looking around in confusion. Chase speaks first, rubbing his eyes, "What the hell is that noise?"

As they sit up, the source of the giggling becomes clear: Scary Girl is sitting in the corner of the cabin, her head tilted back, laughing to herself in a way that feels both unsettling and unnatural.

Wayne, whispering to Raj, "Is she... laughing?"

"Yeah bro.." Raj whispers back to Wayne.

"This is so fucking weird." Emma groans.

Chase, still bleary-eyed but increasingly agitated, finally speaks up, his voice steadying with anger. "Okay, what the fuck!? This is so fucking suspicious! You would think Scary Girl would be sad considering MK just fucking died! MK, as in the ONLY person who defended her?!"

Confessional - Chase:
"I'll be honest- I did believe MK was the murderer.. but Scary Girl? Oh she was always higher on my list than MK. Have you seen her???"

The others murmur their agreement, their eyes shifting uneasily toward Scary Girl, who finally stops laughing and looks at them, a hint of mischief glinting in her eyes. "What? I'm just laughing! Is that a crime?" She says smilng.

Confessional - Bowie:
"Is this bitch actually serious?"

Julia sits quietly, her mind racing with thoughts of MK. Guilt gnaws at her as she recalls her last moments with MK, pushing her away when she needed support the most. The tension in the room is palpable, and she can feel everyone's eyes on either her or Lauren. "Ughh.. What did I do...?" She says quietly to herself.

Confessional - Julia:
"I hate feeling this wayyyy.. I've never actually hated myself like this before."

Her internal turmoil is interrupted by Damien, who looks at Scary Girl with a mixture of suspicion and concern. "You think this is funny? People are dead, and we're stuck here with a killer on the loose. If you know something, you need to speak up."

Scary Girl shrugs, an enigmatic smile playing on her lips. "I don't know anything. Just trying to lighten the mood, you know?"

Feeling uneasy, the group decides to hold a meeting to discuss their next steps. They gather in the main area of the cabin, tension thick in the air. "We need to figure out a way to stay safe. We can't just sit around waiting to die." Caleb says to everybody.

"What about making a plan to stick together? We can't let anyone wander off alone again." Bowie suggests. "No way! What if one of us is the killer? We can't trust anyone anymore." Axel quickly snaps back.

Julia remains quiet, grappling with her guilt over MK's death and the possibility that they may have cast out an innocent person.

As the meeting continues, accusations start to fly. "How do we know you're not the killer, Scary Girl? You're acting super weird!" Chase questions, "I'm not, you're wrong. If I kill you, I'll never hear your screams again. That would make me sad.." Scary Girl says frowning. "Then why were you laughing? People are dead!" Damien exclaims, he's frustrated.

The arguments grow louder, and Julia finally snaps. "Stop it! We're all scared, but fighting isn't going to help us! We need to stay calm and stick together!"

The group quiets down, all eyes on Julia, who feels the weight of their stares.

Confessional - Ripper:
farts

Julia takes a deep breath, feeling a rush of determination.

"Let's search outside the cabin for anything that could help us escape this island." Axel interupts to say.

Julia and the others nod, but Scary Girl crosses her arms, her smile fading. "I don't want to leave! I'm enjoying this season." she whispers to herself.

The group decides to split into pairs to search the island, everyone cautiously picking their partners. "I'll stick with Julia. We'll check the tool shed again." Chase quickly says.

Confessional - Chase:
"I wanted to go with Emma, but now that we've gotten back together I really want to show her how I've changed."

"Raj and I will go together!." Wayne says, although everyone already knew they were gonna pair up. "Emma, team?" Bowie asks Emma to which she nods. "Axel! Go with meee!!" Axel sighs and groups with Ripper.

Caleb and Damien are left to group together, which they do.

As Julia and Chase reach the tool shed, they cautiously open the door, the creaking hinges echoing ominously. Inside, they find various tools scattered about, but something catches Julia's eye--a blood-stained Jacket hanging from a hook on the wall. "Chase... look." She says, her voice trembling a bit.
