Sai woke up late next day. After the night long conversation and gossips she had with Karishma, Sai could only sleep in early hours of morning. It was her fifth day in Gadhchiroli. First three days passed in chatting with parents. Fourth day passed with Karishma but now what...what she will do today? How she will pass her time to keep her mind occupied. She already started missing Virat. Sai kept checking her phone every now and then to see if there is any message or call from him. But ever since he left, he had neither called her nor messaged her.

"I am so stupid. May be he was right. I should have taken up that Goa offer." Sai wondered as she pouted like an upset child.

On the other hand, Virat was busy in his work in New York. By now, he also started missing Sai but was in denial.

"Come on Virat, focus on work. May be it just the sex you are missing and not her and don't even think of calling or messaging her. Remember, how much attitude she showed you." Virat thought and controlled his urge to call her.

Instead, he called Usha maushi, "Hello maushi, aap kaisi hain? Sab theek to hai?" He asked.

"Hello, Virat main theek hoon, how are you? And when you are coming back?" Usha maushi inquired.

"I am also fine. It will take few more days I guess to finalize the deal." Virat answered.

"Ok, phir main rakhu? Take care. Bye." Usha maushi wanted to cut the call but Virat asked her to stop.

"Stop, mauhsi. Are you sure you are fine? I mean... woh...kya hai ki mujhe laga...shayad aap theek na ho matlab mujhe aapki chinta hai." He started saying hesitantly.

"Really Virat ? In all these years, you have never talked to me like this. Am I stupid not to understand about whom you are talking? Why don't you ask directly about Sai?" Usha maushi laughed at him.

"Fine! How is she? Any news from her? When she will come back? Does she need anything? I had asked driver and security to be there and let you know if she needs anything but I know how stubborn she is. She won't tell even if she needs help. Did she call you?" Virat asked in single breath.

"Calm down ...calm down...itne sare question puchhoge toh main jawab kaise dungi?" Usha maushi laughed some more on his lack of patience.

"Fine! Nahi bolunga ab main, aap bataiye." Virat said.

"Sai is fine. She doesn't need anything and she will be back on Monday and yes she called me. She was asking about you in the same way you are asking about her to me." Usha maushi shared and smiled remembering how Sai's phone call was all about Virat.

"She could have called me instead." Virat commented.
