Sai reached home in the evening. She realized that she made a mistake by leaving house but she was still upset with Virat. Whatever the case was she still felt she was right at her place and Virat did hurt her. She knew he won the challenge as she was back here and she very well knew he would be having that smirk on his face which would irritate the hell out of her right now.

So she didn't want to face him and witness him gloating about his victory. She hoped he still hasn't returned from office and she will run into her room and sleep through the remaining day but she was wrong as Virat was waiting for her on the door itself.

Sai saw him and there he was having that evil smirk on his face and that ' I told you so' look. She so hated to lose this challenge from him. She thought now he might taunt her about it but he didn't say anything. She looked at him carefully, he looked different. He was still in his casual clothes.

"Looks like he didn't go office today." She thought.

She scanned him from top to bottom, something was off about him. She didn't know until he spoke, "What happened princess? Your parents throw you out?" Virat said in a slurred tone, clearly indicating that he is sloshed.

"Oh God! He is drunk." Sai thought even before registering his taunt.

She tried to enter inside the house when Virat blocked her way. "Answer me. What happened to your attitude now?" He sneered at her.

"Virat leave me" Sai scoffed at him as she pushed him aside. She gave him a resentful look before going ahead.

Sai entered inside and Virat followed her. "You know what? You belong to me. Even your parents know that but you still have to inculcate this thing into your little brain." Virat commented again earning a angry glance from her.

"Why don't you just go to hell and gloat about this in some corner." Even Sai taunted him back.

"Huh! You go to hell." He blabbered and went back to the bar.

Sai was already stressed out because of all the events of the day but after looking at him she felt even worse. She didn't know but she was angry on him for drinking this much and also feeling bad looking at his state. She had no idea what was affecting her, looking at him getting wasted like that.

Sai was going in her room when Usha maushi stopped her, "Sai, you are back?"

Sai turned back. She owed an apology to this lady. Usha maushi is always so good to her and today she didn't even inform her before leaving. She must be worried for her. "Maushi, I am sorry for leaving like this...but I was hurt. I just wanted to go from here." Sai confessed.
