Mommy

They were so tempting, so full and juicy. I just wanted to grab them then eat them. How did one get such perfect lips? How could I resist them?

I inched closer to him, close enough for his sweet breath to tease my lips. They parted on instinct.

Just one kiss. I needed just one kiss to know how those lips felt like.

Only one centimeter apart. I held my breath to not wake him up. My heart raced at the thought of a kiss from Joseph. Even if it was a stolen kiss. I closed my eyes when my lips touched his.

He whimpered then moved his head. I hurried to the other bed. I'd have to settle for not touching him if I wanted to watch him sleep longer. With my legs crossed under me, I quietly sipped my tea.

I couldn't believe that I had a boy sleeping in my bed. Not just a boy, the most devilishly handsome, the funniest, the most stylish, and the most adorable of the boys. He was sleeping in my bed, warming my sheets and embedding his scent on them.

Last night, he gave me a date that will forever be engraved in the front of my mind. I needed to stop calling it a date. He said it wasn't a date, he was clear on that but my brain wasn't having any of that. I wanted it to be a date. It seemed like a date, at least till the effect of the ecstasy began to show.

What was he thinking? How could he just put his life at risk like that? Didn't he know there was people whose life will be greatly affected if something bad happened to him? Who the hell took pills from strangers? Why would he do something like that?

After we left the restaurant last night, it took us two hours to retrace the path we had just done in a couple of minutes. He was running around in the other direction, shouting and embracing strangers. At one point, he was singing single ladies to a group of girls passing by us. I couldn't help being jealous that other girls were seeing him like this too. I was scared they would find him adorable too then take him.

It was a miracle that we even made it to my room. Putting him to bed was even worse. He refused to lay down. He was bouncing off the walls which caused my neighbors to come knock at my door at least three times. One of them warned me they were going to the building manager if we didn't settle down. When his energy was finally beginning to drain, he took off his shirt and went to sleep without much effort from me.

Now, I was sitting on Carmen's bed, waiting for him to wake up so we could have breakfast together. That was what I'd been looking forward to ever since I woke up. My inside were giggling like a school girl, even worse than when I saw him half naked last night.

"Who the hell is that?" Carmen snapped.

I was so engulfed into Joseph's world that I didn't hear her come in. She was standing in the threshold with sandals in hand, blue highlight in her disheveled brown hair, and dark spots on her clothes.

I jumped off the bed to put a hand on her mouth. "Shhh, he's sleeping."

"I don't freaking care," she said louder. "Who the hell is he?"

The strong smell of the liquor lingering in her breath almost knocked me out. "Are you drunk?"

"No, I was drunk last night. Now, answer my question."

"It's Joseph," I answered sheepishly.

She raised her eyebrows at me, "What the hell is he doing here? I thought you got rid of this idiot?"
