Chapter 1.8 - Dinner

Jake's parents left, Jungkook ate a few bites and fed Jimin some as well.

Jimin - Okay let's get ready

Jungkook - Why hyung?

Jimin - We're going out, for dinner

Jungkook - But I just ate!

Jimin - This was a snack Jungkookie, I'll pick your clothes

Taehyung - ( knocks ) Jungkook?

Jungkook - Come in

Taehyung - What are you doing?

Jimin - I was helping him pick his clothes

Taehyung - We'll pick up So Hyun on the way

Jimin - Here you go, wear this

Jungkook - Okay, I'll go change and come

Jimin - Hmm

Jungkook went in Jimin and Taehyung engaged in a small talk while they waited for Jungkook to come out. While talking, Jimin opens Jungkook's cupboard and takes a sachet of his medicine, in case he falls asleep while coming back.

Taehyung - I'll go get the car you come with him downstairs, oh and don't forget his inhaler as well

Jimin - Don't worry I'll get them

Taehyung went downstairs and everyone settled in the car, they were waiting for Jungkook to come. After 5 minutes, they were on their way. Taehyung pulled Jungkook onto his lap and both of them stared at the view from the car window. Taehyung gave one of his AirPod to Jungkook and listened to songs till they reached the restaurant. Yoongi picked So Hyun up from his car

 Soon they all reached their destination. They ordered their meals and enjoyed their dinner.

Jimin - ( smirking ) Pay up Taehyung-ah

Jin - I already paid, don't worry about it

Taehyung - Thanks hyung, you're the best

Jimin - Kick me out next time I'll make sure you sleep outside

Namjoon - Beware Taehyung-ah!

Taehyung - I will

Jungkook - Noona

So Hyun - Yes?

Jungkook - Is your project done? What did you do it on?

So Hyun - Human Heart, the same as yours but a physical model

Jungkook - Hmm

Jin - Okay if we're done let's go?

Hoseok - Yes

They all left in 2 cars, Taehyung gave Jungkook his medicine and made him sleep as it was pretty late. So Hyun also dozed off on Jimin's lap. After 30 minutes they reached home, Taehyung and Jimin carried the twins to their room. So Hyun woke up halfway and went to change her clothes while Jungkook was deep in sleep. Jin changed him into some comfy clothes and made him sleep, So Hyun joined after a few minutes and slept.

The next morning, as usual Jimin came to wake the twins up, they washed up and got ready. Everyone settled for breakfast but someone was missing.

Jin - Wait a minute

Taehyung - Where's Yoongi hyung?

Jimin - He must've gone for work

Namjoon - All the cars are here, the gates haven't opened since morning

Hobi - He must be in his room, finish your breakfast

Jungkook - Hyung I have a stay back today

Jin - Oh, So Hyun?

So Hyun - I don't, not today

Jungkook - Hyung I'll come home after I'm done

Namjoon - Okay then, don't forget your phone

Hoseok - Take an umbrella both of you, it might rain today

So Hyun - Okay

Jin - And when you leave, give me a missed call, understood?

Jungkook - Understood

Taehyung - Let's go?

Jimin - I'm also coming

So Hyun - Let me get my bag

Taehyung drove them to school and then drive to the hospital along with Jimin. They head straight to the multifunction hall where the interns were asked to assemble. They took their seats and soon the meeting started.

Meanwhile at home, in yoongi's room. He was wide awake but had a very bad stomachache. He walked in circles in his own room not knowing what to do, everyone had left for work and he had taken a sick leave. He decided to take some painkillers and sleep for a bit.

Hours passed, Jimin and Taehyung had rest of the day off after the meeting, they picked So Hyun up from school and went home. After having lunch they all gathered up in the living room and watched TV.

2 hours later Jungkook came home tired.

Taehyung - Oh you came?

Jimin - How did you come?

Jungkook - Walking of course

So Hyun - How'd it go?

Jungkook - Ah it was so fun but tiring

So Hyun - Go wash up

Taehyung - Did you tell Jin Hyung?

Jungkook - I did

Jimin - Go fast

So Hyun - Wait!

Taehyung - What's wrong?

So Hyun - Did you have your medicine?

Jungkook - I did...

Jimin - Are you sure?

Jungkook - I did hyung

Jimin - ( sigh ) Okay then
