Chapter 2.5 - Noona?

Taehyung and Jimin went back with Jungkook. Jin was making lunch and others were watching TV. Jungkook went to his room and started studying, So Hyun also joined after a few minutes and they studied together for a long hour.

Soon Jin comes to call them for lunch, and they go down.

Namjoon - What were you both up to?

So Hyun - We were studying

Hoseok - Be ready by 7 okay, we'll be going to Jimin and Taehyung's graduation dinner.

Jin - Even they will graduate middle school, soon.

Jungkook - We have a big exam before that!

Yoongi - You'll do well I know

Jimin - Eat now

Jin - ( gives sachet ) Jungkook your medicine

Jungkook - Hmm

So Hyun - Jungkook I'm going upstairs come quick

Jungkook - Coming!

Jin - Tell me if you need anything okay? Go now

Jungkook runs upstairs and they others sit on the couch and continue watching. Jungkook and So Hyun studied for 2 hours straight.

Jungkook - Ah I'm tired now

So Hyun - Let's stop here

Jungkook - What time is it?

So Hyun - 5:30... I'll go get ready

Jungkook - Noona wake me up when you're done

So Hyun - Okay

So Hyun goes for a warm shower while Jungkook curls himself up with his blanket and falls asleep. Half an hour later Jin comes in to check on them. So Hyun was using the hair dryer so she couldn't hear the knock. Jin comes in and stands behind her, infront of the mirror.

So Hyun - ( turns hair dryer off ) Oh you scared me

Jin - ( chuckle ) Sorry

So Hyun - What's wrong

Jin - I'll do it for you

So Hyun - What about Jungkook?

Jin - What about you? Hmm?

So Hyun - ( smile ) Here you go 

Jin - It's been so long since you asked me to dry your hair

So Hyun - Hmm, I miss it

Jin - I'll try to do it more often

So Hyun - Thank You

Jin takes his time and dries her hair in the gentlest way. Then puts her hair together with a claw clip, and pecks her forhead.

Jin - Go down, I'll get Jungkook ready

So Hyun - ( giggle ) Thank You

Jin - Don't mention it, go quick

So Hyun goes downstairs with a wide smile on her face.

Namjoon - Very excited?

So Hyun - ( giggling ) Jin oppa made my hair!

Hoseok - It's beautiful

Namjoon - ( chuckle ) When did hyung learn this?

Hoseok - Turn for a minute

Hoseok takes out a small clip, with a pink flower on it. He gently pins it on her hair.

So Hyun - ( smiling ) Did you get me a new clip?!

Hoseok - Want me to take a photo?

Namjoon - Our So Hyun is looking so good today

Hoseok - See

So Hyun - It's so pretty! Thank you

Namjoon - ( chuckle ) Want some strawberries?

So Hyun - Sure

Meanwhile in the twin's room

Jin - Jungkookie, wake up bun, you have to get ready

Jungkook - Hmm

Jin - ( soft ) Are you not feeling well?

Jungkook - ( gets up ) No I'm fine

Jin - Go wash up fast

Jungkook washes up, and gets ready with the help of Jin. Soon they all drive to the restaurant. After a while Mr. and Mrs. Lee joined them, along with Jake, and they had a peaceful dinner. They enjoyed their time, recalling Jimin and Taehyung's childhood, their mischiefs and  happy moments. An hour later they all drive home, and call it a day.

Jin came and reminded Jungkook about his medicine, minutes before he closed his eyes.

Jin - You almost slept

Jungkook - Hmm

Jin - Here

Jungkook - ( drinks water ) Thank You

Jin - ( pecks his forhead ) Good Night, Good Night So Hyun-ah

So Hyun - ( smile ) Sleep well

So Hyun closed the lights and fell asleep, so did Jungkook. Hours passed and Jungkook started shifting restlessly in his bed. So Hyun being a light sleeper, woke up, and turned the bed light on.

So Hyun - Jungkook, Jungkook-ah... Please wake up bun

Jungkook was crying in his sleep, something normal, but not to be taken lightly. So Hyun pulled Jungkook onto her lap, and hugged him tightly. Jungkook woke up and his cries got louder, he hugged his noona so tight, like she would leave him the very next minute.

So Hyun - Shh... Don't cry, Noona is right here

Jungkook - ( crying ) Noona

So Hyun - Don't cry please, look noona is right here hmm

So Hyun managed to save him from a violent panic attack. She cradled him in her embrace, and tried to provide warmth, like Jin. When he stopped crying, So Hyun could sense his throat getting dry, she got up to get water, but Jungkook wouldn't leave her.

She didn't want to call Jin, he was too overworked, spoiling his sleep would make her guilty. Somehow she managed to get the cup of water from Jungkook's bedside table, and help him drink. Jungkook was falling asleep, she shifted towards the headboard's side and fell asleep, with Jungkook laying on her lap.

The next morning, a bright Sunday, Jimin came to wake the twins up. When he walked in, he was slightly taken aback by what he saw. He walked closer to take a good look.

Dried tears on Jungkook's face, whose arms snaked around So Hyun's right arm. So Hyun was sleeping in a quite painful posture, while her other hand looked like it was caressing Jungkook's hair. Jimin sighed not knowing how to wake them up, Jungkook had a nightmare, and needed extra care in morning. And So Hyun, he knew she would have a terrible neck pain and a backpain after waking up.

Jimin went to Namjoon's room and briefly explained what had happened, and he came to help. Namjoon carried Jungkook and cradled him in his hold. He woke up, and Namjoon helped him wash up.

Jungkook - Hyung...

Namjoon - Hmm?

Jungkook - Don't leave

Namjoon - I'm with you, don't worry hmm? Should we go for breakfast?

Jungkook - Hmm

Namjoon takes Jungkook down, and helps him eat breakfast. Yoongi, Taehyung and Hoseok had gone out to buy a few groceries. Jimin ran downstairs and whispered into Jin's ear.

Jimin - ( whisper ) Hyung, come upstairs please, I need help

Jin looked confused but followed Jimin into the twin's room. Once he entered, he gasped looking at the posture So Hyun was sleeping in. He quickly moved to her and woke her up.

So Hyun - ( groan ) It hurts!
