(Jai)
(At Vat's house. Same day.)
Hi! I am Jai Vats. Currently a teacher at Savitri Vidyalaya of North town, and secretly the person who owns it as well... As a matter of fact, no one knows this... when I say no one means no one, not a soul in this town- except for me and Mrs. Bakshi, and you know that is why the whole point of 'secretly owning'. Did I get you confused?? Alright, let me rephrase it for you.
Oh. (Overacting ke 50 mt kaat na) Nice to see you here.
Hi! Jai Vats here, a 24 years old, college graduate in Master's degree plus additional Bachelor of education, currently a Political Science Teacher and who by birth and virtue of sheer existence, happens to be 20% shareholder of IVBE- Ishwari Vidya Board of Education. Vats are responsible for the country's education, 75% of it- I wouldn't s but we are kind of a big deal- my two eldest brothers often talk of the nation with leading schools and colleges. Our family runs this nationwide Education Board that runs under the name of Ishwari Vats, my dearly beloved mother. We hold 75% of schools in the country- And as I am the youngest in the family, out of 5 siblings, and the same 5 hold membership of the board of committee along with other major 3 administrative members. Not the point here...So...When I say, 20% shareholder... that means it inherited me (virtually)... wait lemme do the math for you... (Now these are estimated figures) There are around 2,00,000 schools in the country and colleges together, out of which we run 1,50,000 educational institutes (75%) and then, me being the 20% shareholder... There are some schools that come directly under my proprietorship. And this makes there are around 30,000 schools plus colleges that I practically own, no I mean- it works in a way that these colleges do have a nominal head and maintenance committee, but under contract that they sign- it clearly states the proprietary rights still remains intact with IVBE (That is the Vats family members-). And this one, where I work- it comes under my proprietary rights. (No one knows that... it's a secret morelike unannounced, mostly.)
So, yeah but that doesn't mean I am working in the IVBE Directorial Board itself- no, in fact, the eldest Vats- my brother runs it, assisted at several occasions by my second eldest brother, and then there are twins-one brother and a sister, who occasionally and more specifically rarely involve themselves in the matters of Board. I majorly saw them working in the Charitable wing in IVBE.
And Me! Well, I just wanted to blend into the system, so I kept my nose out of the upper ladder. Rather I pursued my degrees- business was not in me, I just feel the jinx of it, rather- I wanted to see how challenging it can be to transfer your words into someone else, (Heavy metaphor, I know) and now teach my students who usually are charmed, mesmerized, enchanted by this beautiful man that I am, I got my Grandpa's DNA. Seriously y this bel bragging or highly impressed by myself... It was me, getting annoyed, because when you are as pretty as me, people rather don't take you seriously and press on the fact that how rather do you are (Seriously, facts- don't look at me like that i should be ok with it, cuz I am not)
So This is me... teaching at my Massi's school (technically mine) when, on the place of this, I rather wanted to be in the university with the college students that have more brains in their top floor. 1 did not sign up for this, not for some horny teenagers who'd lurk around. But my mother who had cut my explanation and persuasion of letting me start my professorship, which was a failure, that I quote her,-"If you really want to work on the lower ladder, then you better start from the first step." And there goes my chances of teaching as a professor. I mean, I had no chance of winning any argument that involved my mother. SO here I was... teaching in this school, well not now- Now I was home, with 'my college friend-school friend, literally a brother from another mother (His words, not mine) standing beside me as I
took out the keys to unlock the door of my apartment.
