i went to the door and saw my sister kiare making me smile.
"hey sis" i said hugging her.
"hey i missed you so much" she said hugging me tightly. i stepped aside and let her in.
"omg GABBY" kiare yelled running to her.
"well d*** you wasn't even that happy too see me" i said laughing.
"yeah cus this my bestie" kiare said.
"OMG I MISSED YOU BEAUTIFUL" gabby yelled as they hugged each other.
"omg you and jack look so much alike" she added.
"yeah cus she wanna look like me so bad." i said.
"girl shut up, i didn't choose my face" kiare said.
"so what's tea ?" she asked.
"nothing really just chillin" i said.
"yall wanna go out tonight ?" kiare asked.
"and by out you mean ??" i asked.
"like to the club or sum.. i never go but i don't wanna feel trapped anymore" she said.
"i mean you and gabby can im not drinking nomore unless its a special occasion" i said shaking my head.
"come on sis we never have time to hang out with each other" she begged.
"then why can't we like go out to eat or to the movies or sum ?" i asked .
"okay let's do that but since you took a hard loss it's on me. it can be like a sister date" kiare said.
"aww thank you. i really appreciate it" i said hugging her.
"wait are you forgetting we have a date tonight ?" gabby asked.
"what ?" i asked.
"a date.. that i told you i was taking you on.. remember ?" she said.
"ohh sh**. okay i forgot im sorry" i said.
"am i interrupting something ?" kiare asked.
"absolutely and -
"gabby" i said stopping her.
"look i can just go with one of you tonight and the other one tomorrow night" i said.
"okay well we should be getting cus i made reservations for 7:00" gabby said.
"well i was hoping i could spend tonight with my sister. she hopped on a last minute flight at 3 a.m. this morning to come see me" i said.
"jackie i literally told you about this date 3 days ago" gabby said.
"ikk but we can reschedule for tomorrow night. i just don't wanna leave her here on the first night especially after all the trouble she went through" i told her.
"so you expect me to just push aside everything that i planned for YOU.. for her ??" she asked.
"she's my sister gabby. your acting like im choosing her over you i just wanna change our date to tomorrow" i said.
"you are choosing her over me jackie. like yeah she's your sister but that doesn't give her a right to just come here and ruin our plans" she said raising her voice.
"omg baby relax" i said.
"man h*ll nah. ts is so f***** up. i went through all that trouble to make this day perfect for you just to chose her over me."
"baby it's not like that" i said sighing.
"like h*ll it is. ykw fine go with her whatever ion gaf but im not doing sh** else for or with you. bet on that" she said getting up.
"mama fr ?? i don't understand why you acting like this" i said shocked.
"because you ain't even think about my feelings jackie. you automatically knew you wanted to go with her cus she's yo sister" she said.
"im sorry i didn't mean to-
"yeah im sure. yall two got ts" she said walking upstairs.
"like ts corrupt me"
"baby fr ?" i said rubbing my forehead.
"im deadahh. im going to bed i hope yall have fun ts is not finna stress me out on know friday night" she said going upstairs.
"im sorry sis i didn't mean to ruin yall plans you can go with her tonight we can hang out tomorrow" kiare said.
"it's fine it's not your fault. no it's fine she's already p*ssed im sure she don't even wanna go anymore" i said.
i walked upstairs to change and gabby was in bed watching tiktok.
"baby im sorry" i said.
"it is what it is" she said not looking away from her phone. i sighed and finished getting dressed before grabbing my phone and keys.
"okay well im heading out i love you" i said not expecting her to say it back.
"i love you more" she said. i walked downstairs and kiare and i headed out.

"okay well yk she didn't mean to hurt your feelings" aja said.
"well she certainly ain't think about em so" i said as i finished cleaning the counters.
a few seconds later both jackie and her sister walked downstairs.
"morning" jackie said. i put the dishes in the dishwashers and then closed it.
"morning" aja said.
"mama can we talk ?" jackie asked.
"mhm" i said.
"okay well aja and i will be by the pool" kiare said.
"no i wanna listen-
"let's go right now" kiare said pulling aja to the backyard.
"im sorry about last night. i understand where your coming from and im sorry i didn't think ahout your feelings".
"i really do care and i really appreciate you thinking of me and putting it tougher. it's just hard cus kiare and i are always so far apart and i don't want her to think she lost me" jackie said.
"it's fine.. i get it she's your sister" i said.
"yeah but that doesn't mean forget about my gf. or disregard your feelings or the time and effort you put towards me and im sorry. i promise you it won't happen again" she said holding my waist.
"im sorry too, for how i acted. ik it wasn't right for me to yell especially at your sister. i promise i will work on reacting better" i said hugging her.
"AWWWW" we heard. i looked back and saw kiare and aja making us giggle.
"nosey ahh" jackie said.
"hey im sorry about what i said. i understand and you guys are sisters" i said to kiare.
"it's okay im sorry too i didn't mean to come ruin yall date" she said.
"that's okay" i said as we hugged.
"good now let's go eat on me" jackie said.
"ahh not jackie paying" aja said.
"im paying for everybody except aja since she can't stfu" jackie said making us laugh.
"okay im sorry but yk you cheap jackie so don't be getting mad at me" she said.
we got to the cafe and jackie and i sat on the same side and kiare and aja sat across from us. we ordered and talked mainly catching up with kiare since she leave in indiana.
