"here mama" jackie said setting a plate down in front of me.
"im not hungry, thank you tho" i said staring at my laptop screen.
"baby" jackie said."
"hmm ?" i asked not looking up. the wedding is in 2 weeks so i have to make sure everything is perfect for the both of us.
"baby look at me" jackie said making me look at her.
"we. are. fine. okay ??" she said slowly as she held my face.
"stop stressing i will finish this when you go to the gym tomorrow. we're fine baby" she said making me nod and exhale.
"im sorry.. i just want this to be perfect for you" i said.
"for us baby. and it will be! you put so much time and effort into this im gonna love it no matter what" she said kissing my forehead.
"okay eat and then im gonna give you a massage cus you need it" she said taking the laptop and i nodded.
she came back over and sat beside me.
"so are you nervous ??" i asked.
"oh absolutely lol. everyone is gonna be staring at me" she said giggling.
"well you're gonna look so beautiful, so no need to be nervous. but it's okay cus im nervous already" i said as she interlocked our fingers.
"you're gonna look so beautiful too baby" she said making me smile and blush.
"knock knock im coming in" a'ja said.
"h** don't knock then" jackie said making me laugh.
"anyways i wanna see what you guys think of these nails for the wedding" she said showing us her phone.
"omg those are gorgeous" i said.
"baby bam gone love them" jackie said.
"period, i can't wait for the wedding. who knew jyo would get married.. before us at that" a'ja said making me giggle.
"girl i'm shocked too" she said.
"so who's gonna be the maid of honor ??" a'ja asked.
"both leila and kiare. it's only fair especially since they both have sisters that's a bride" jackie said and i nodded.
a few seconds later chelsea walked in with lennox making me smile.
"hi handsome" jackie cooed as he held his arms out for her.
"you been good handsome ?" she asked.
"h*ll nah. is he ever good ? bad asf" chelsea said making us laugh.
"hey now watch it! ntm on my nephew" i said.
"well yo nephew bad asf" she said shaking her head.
jackie sat him down on the floor and he crawled looked up at me holding his arms out.
"oh baby he wanna be held" i said picking him up.
he laid his head on my shoulder and i could feel him playing with my hair.
"see he's a good boy he must don't like you so he give you a hard time" i said to chelsea making her flip me off.
"yeah f*** you" she said making us laugh.
"hey language around baby boy" jackie said .
"im ordering us a pizza" a'ja said making us nod.
"aww gabby you would be such a good mommy" a'ja said making me smile.
"im glad, can't wait for jackie to have my first baby" i said making her stare at me and blush.
"i- why can't you carry ??" she asked.
"because i wanna see pregnant you. i'll carry the second one" i said lightly patting his back.
"hey guys" leila said coming downstairs. we could tell she just woke up.
"hey sis" i smiled.
"omg hey lennox.. your so handsome" she cooed.
"and bad asf" chelsea mumbled making us laugh.
"chelsea you're a hater" a'ja said.

"h*ll nah and im not finna argue with you" gabby said as i closed the door behind me.
"im not tryna argue but you the one who mad about a d*** cake" i said.
gabby and i went cake tasting and none of them were really good but i had to choose one and she was p*ssed.
we don't have time to find another cake shop especially with the design we want for the cake.
"so ?? it's our wedding it's not a crime for me to want a good cake tf" she said.
"i never said it was baby. im just saying we don't have enough to find a new shop if we want the cake to be finished on time. yk its a 3 layer cake with crazy designs" i said.
"yeah ik" she said going upstairs.
"baby ? when finna get married you gotta learn how to talk to me" i said.
"i am talking to you."
"but why you keep waving away while im tryna talk to you ??" i asked.
"im not im about to take a shower" she said slamming the dresser shut.
"okay fine. you wanna look for another cake shop ? let's do it" i said.
"no you already paid for that one it's fine. it is what it is atp" she said making me sigh.
"baby im trying like i really am" i said.
"yeah and that's fine im just saying we can go with the cake we got already" gabby told me.
"gabby wth is your problem ?? like im not understanding why your so upset about a cake" i asked.
"it's not just about the d*** cake jackie" she said.
"then what's wrong ? it's definitely not just about the cake baby. what did i do ??" i asked.
"you didn't do anything mama. im sorry okay my stress levels are super high" she said as her eyes filled with tears.
"aww don't cry mama. it's okay. we're okay my love and this wedding is gonna be perfect" i said hugging her.
"im sorry i didn't mean to come at you like that. it's just my anxiety" she said into my shoulder.
"it's okay baby, i understand. you don't gotta cry tho we gone be good" i said rubbing her back.
"how about we find a new cake shop see if they have any betters ones" i suggested making her look at me.
"the cake is fine mama. i mean it's good i was just so worried about the guest not liking it but i think they will like it" she said smiling.
i nodded and wiped her face as she took a deep breath.
"no tears my love your okay" i said kissing her nose.
"i love you" she said as her voice cracked.
"i love you more" i said as we kissed. i wiped her face and she went to shower.
i already know gabby has bad anxiety and sometimes when it's to much or she gets super frustrated she cry.
but, the wedding is almost here and we're both excited. i feel like marrying her is gonna be one of the best decisions of my life.
