jisung woke up, his head pounding.
fuck, alcohol is a bitch.

he was about to close his eyes, when he noticed something strange.
there were bandages on his wrists.

"I definitely didn't treat them yesterday."
jisung whispered to himself, looking at his wrists.

and then it hit him.
did minho do this?

with a head on fire, he made his way out of his room, seeing minho in the kitchen.

"good morning."
minho said when he saw jisung.

"mhm."
jisung hummed, sitting down on a chair.
"my head hurts, fuck."

"you need to stop drinking on school days. you need to study."
minho said, placing a plate with eggs in front of jisung, giving him a fork.

jisung took a bite of his food.
"I'm failing chemistry, and there is literally no chance I'm repairing my grade until the school year ends. I might just as well drop out, you know?"

"no, definitely not. education is very important, and you're not going to find any good paying jobs when you don't have a high school diploma."

"I don't need to find any good job. I'm working for you, and I'm earning much more than people in normal jobs. besides, if things won't work out here, I can always go back to chan."
jisung shrugged.

"hate to break it you young man, but you can't do this job forever. people like you because you're young and have a nice body, but when you get older, people won't be interested in you anymore, because your body will change. you will be able to do this job until you're like...thirty, and I would be surprised if that even happened."
minho said, leaning against the kitchen counter.

"well, if I start saving money, I will be fine."
jisung said.
"besides, i have you. I can just stay here and do some sweaty tango with you until the day my miserable existence ends."

minho sighed.
"how about I hired you a tutor? the best one I could find?"

"minho, felix already spend so many hours trying to explain it to me, I don't see how tutor can help me."
jisung said.

"felix isn't a professional tutor tho."
minho answered.
"we can at least try it. I will hire you the best tutor out there for two weeks at most. you will be studying with him every day. there is a good chance that you won't fail chemistry. and if there is an improvement, you're going to grand me a wish."

"fine."
jisung shrugged.
"but I still think dropping out is easier and more effective."

minho was about to say something, but his phone rang.
"i gotta take this, excuse me."

minho walked into the living room and answered the phone.

"hello?"

"mr. lee, hello. naves foundation just contacted us, and explained that they have a problem with our contract, and they want to discuss it immediately. since you don't have any schedule for this week, I have scheduled this meeting on tomorrow evening. your flight will board early in the morning from the closest airport to your house. I will send you all of the information in email."

"you know, it would be nice if you at least asked me if I don't have any personal things before scheduling this meeting."
minho said, a little annoyed.
"but alright then. send me all the informations."

"already did. I very apologize to you for not asking about your personal activities, it won't happen again."

"mhm. goodbye."
minho said and hanged up the phone with a sigh.

the naves foundation was in America, which meant he would have to leave for a few days at least, it could be two weeks at most if the naves foundation didn't cooperate.

minho didn't want to leave tho.
because of jisung.
he had a break down yesterday, and even hurt himself.
minho didn't want to leave him alone here for that long.
he was worried.

minho walked back into the kitchen, seeing jisung already finishing his eggs.
"jisung?"

"mhm?"
jisung looked up.

"I...have to leave for America. business trip. this one foundation has problem with our contract. I will have to leave tomorrow."

jisung nodded.
"when are you coming back?"

minho sighed.
"I don't know, it could be two days, but it could also be two weeks, depends on the business partner of mine."

"then we should make the most of it, shouldn't we? I'm sure you're gonna miss me."
jisung smirked.

"no jisung, I'm not sleeping with you."
minho shook his head.
"you're not in the right state of mind right now."
he said, looking at jisungs banded wrists.

jisung looked where minho was looking, letting out an annoyed sigh.
"I'm fine, okay? it's literally nothing."

"did you ever do this before?"
minho asked.
the tone in his voice made jisung pretty clear that this was a very serious conversation.

"mhm."
jisung nodded.
"a lot of times. I'm pretty sure I was addicted to it, or to the feeling at least. maybe to the scars."
he said, touching the bandage.
"I had to stop because of my job. if I didn't have it, I would continue."

"do you still think about hurting yourself? regularly?"
minho asked, his heart getting heavier.

jisung tilted his head.
"I'm not sure. sometimes the thought just comes into my mind, but when you're clean for so long, you just forget how...it felt. and you want to feel it again."

minho was about to ask another question, when jisung stood up.
"I'm gonna go take a shower, and then text Felix later to send me all the things they did today."

minho sighed and nodded.

jisung was walking away, when Minhos voice stopped him.
"jisung."

jisung turned around, facing Minho.

"if you needed to talk about something, anything...I'm here for you, okay? I'm not just someone who gives you money, I care about you, so if things got bad...just tell me, okay?"

jisung gave him a small smile, before nodding.
"okay, thank you hyung."
he said, and walked away, leaving Minho behind in the kitchen.
