Hey! We got Hu Tao up next so let's get going!

The next morning, everyone was eating their breakfast when Lumine was being caught up to everything that was happening regarding Aether.

"Wait, so you've been helping my brother the entire time he's been traveling Teyvat?" she asked Paimon.

"Yup! Paimon has been Aether's guide to this world ever since he saved her!"

"What does that mean?"

"I fished her out of the water before she drowned," Aether finished the story.

Lumine laughed, "That's a rather silly first way to meet.

"Yeah but Paimon has been happy to be of help ever since!" she said proudly.

"What other help do you give besides upping the food bill?" Aether asked teasingly.

"Uh... um... Paimon can..."

Everyone laughed while Paimon thought of something to defend herself. She never did though.

"So, what are you going to do today?" Lumine asked Aether.

"I have... an appointment I guess," Aether said cautiously. 

"What does that mean?" Keqing asked him.

"I'm seeing Hu Tao next."

"Yup. Paimon is staying here today," she said dead pan.

"Are you sure? How are you any safer here?" Aether wondered.

"Paimon will take all the kids here over her little devil!"

"Suit yourself. Alright, kids, have at her."

""'Kay!!'""

"Wait, what?! AAAAAAAHH!!!" she screamed as the kids jumped after her.

The girls wished him well before he left for Liyue Harbor once more. Upon arriving, he stretched a bit before looking up at the blue sky above him.

"Today will be a good day," he smiled. He then made his way to the Funeral Parlor where Hu Tao worked which was a short walk. He arrived within a few minutes and went inside to find the director. He asked some of the people in the lobby if Hu Tao was in and they sent someone to call her over.

He didn't have to wait long as the woman had arrived in no time at all. She also looked to be in a very good mood today.

"Hello~ You came to visit little old me?" she teased him.

"Yeah? I did promise that I would be back here for you," he said casually.

*bang*

Hu Tao felt a shot to her heart that made her stumble a bit but she held strong. Though, she couldn't hide the light blush on her cheeks.

"S-So, now that you're here, what can I do for you?" she asked him.

"I came here for you."

"O-Oh?"

"I want to take you on a date, Hu Tao," he smiled at her.

*Bang*

"EH?!"she said in shock. She tapped her index fingers together as her blush intensified.

"I'd also like for our kid to join us," he added.

"Oh, I-I see," she mentally sighed in relief. Hu Tao wasn't expecting him to go on the offensive like that.

She left for a second to go fetch him and returned with him in hand a few moments later.

"Hiya, Dad!" Bianpao waved at him.
