Lilly's POV (this story will mostly be from Lilly ,POV except for if it's state in this story.) one months later

.On a stunning March day, we found ourselves immersed in the process of filming a new video that would highlight various beauty products, with a particular focus on one item from the Fasten line. The sunlight poured through the large windows, casting a warm glow throughout the room and creating a cozy and welcoming environment for our creative work. Behind the camera, Grace, who is a close friend and collaborator of Chloe's, wore an expression that was a mix of eagerness and slight impatience. "Okay, one more time! You ready?" Grace asked, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm and excitement.

I chuckled softly in response and said, "Okay, after this, can we take a break? I'm really thirsty."

"Of course," Chloe replied, giving me a reassuring smile that made me feel supported. I reciprocated her smile, feeling a familiar surge of excitement as we prepared to begin our recording session. Grace pressed the record button on her brand-new camera, which had been a birthday gift just a week prior. "Okay, one, two, here we go!" she declared confidently. I started with the introduction we had practiced together. "Hi, everyone! Welcome back to my channel! I'm Lilly! Today, we're going to explore some amazing beauty products and try out a fun beauty hack."

Throughout the filming, everything felt smooth and natural, and I could see Grace nodding in approval as we moved through the scene. "Okay, cut!" Grace called out as we wrapped up the segment, her voice full of satisfaction.

Chloe handed her laptop over to where Grace was sitting.

"I'm hungry. Can we eat first before we dive into editing?" Grace asked, her voice tinged with a hint of fatigue after our filming session. "I'm hungry too!" I added, sharing in her desire for a break.

"Okay, what time is it?" she asked, and I pulled out my phone, swiping the screen to check. "It's 12:18," I replied.

"I agree, let's eat!" Chloe said with a smile, handing her laptop back before we all made our way to the kitchen. As we entered the space, we were welcomed by the inviting aroma of delicious food that filled the air. "Hi, girls! I made you lunch," Chloe and mine. mom called out with a warm smile. "Thanks!" we all chimed in unison, feeling relieved and grateful to have a tasty meal prepared for us.

After we enjoyed a delightful lunch together, we made our way to the study. This room was a cozy haven filled with a sturdy desk for working, a comfortable couch, and bookshelves piled high with books, school supplies, and games. I hopped onto the couch, sinking into the soft cushions with a sense of comfort, while Chloe settled in next to me, already switching her focus to her computer. Grace, carrying her own laptop, handed it over to Chloe, saying, "Here, Chloe." "Thanks," Chloe replied, gearing up to tackle the detailed task of video editing.

Once Grace began her editing work, Chloe and I started chatting about our future plans and shared ideas about upcoming videos, all while we eagerly hoped to upload our new video to YouTube soon. After some time, when Grace finished her editing session and stepped out of the room, Chloe and I decided to move to the family room for a change of scenery. To my delight, I noticed my social media accounts were growing at a pace I had never imagined. Chloe had been right to encourage me to chase my dreams, and I felt a wave of happiness wash over me from that life-changing decision.

Suddenly, my phone chimed, breaking the quiet space around me with a new notification. My curiosity piqued; I quickly grabbed my iPhone to see what had come through. When I looked at the screen, I saw that the notification was from Instagram, specifically from a page called PupStar. My heart raced as I tapped on the message, eager to find out what it could be. The announcement read: "Pup Star is back for season 5!" Excitement coursed through me as I took in the vibrant post, filled with colorful images showcasing adorable dogs that had previously competed on the show. Each dog seemed to shine under the bright lights, showcasing their unique talents and charms.

The post continued with an enthusiastic call to action: "Calling all aspiring and small social media stars! Apply now!" It encouraged anyone who was interested in joining the competition to create and submit their own video, and it prompted users to use the hashtag #PupStarDreams. As I continued reading, my excitement bubbled even more within me. The deadline for submissions was coming up fast on March 16, adding a sense of urgency to the thrilling opportunity. In two weeks.

The rules for entering the competition were outlined clearly but carried a serious tone. First and foremost, contestants were told not to copy any existing videos or fake their content. Each submission had to be an original video made by the participant. It was stressed that those who broke these rules would risk being disqualified from the competition. Only 50 pups New York City. From those 50 pups, the competition would then narrow down to just 12, with more details to be revealed later.

Pup Star held a special place in my heart, as it was my absolute favorite television show. I had watched every single season, captivated by the unique talents and skills of each dog that competed. In the previous last year season, a charming Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Bella had completely stolen my heart. She dazzled viewers with her cuteness and went on to win twice, captivating audiences with her endearing performances. The thought of applying to the show sent a thrilling rush through my veins, making me wonder if I, too, could experience such a momentous journey. Yet, along with the excitement, a wave of familiar doubt crashed over me. I couldn't shake off the nagging fears that crept into my mind. What if I wasn't good enough for the show? What if I couldn't even make it past the first round? A flood of worries filled my thoughts, each one feeling more daunting than the last. Would anyone even notice my efforts? I pictured countless scenarios of disappointment and failure unfolding, which only served to heighten my anxiety.
