"Okay, is everyone here?" Isabel asked, looking around to make sure all the faces she recognized were present.
I was sitting comfortably on the couch, feeling the soft cushions around me. Right next to me were my friends Peachy and Ava, both of whom were just as excited as I was for the day ahead.
Isabel started calling out everyone's names to ensure that nobody was left behind. "Okay, good! Here's how it will work: everyone will be in groups of twelve for each car. You can begin forming your groups now!" Her voice was cheerful and encouraging, making it easier for everyone to get organized.
I quickly started looking for a group. I managed to gather my friends Ava and Peachy, along with Summer, who is Peachy's owner, and May, Ming, Ashley, Honey, Chloe, and April. We all fit together perfectly, ready to take on the adventure.
"Okay, if you do not have a group, please come here," Isabel said, glancing around the room to see who might need help.
A few people and dogs who hadn't found a group walked over to her, and Isabel worked to make sure they were included. After a little while, everyone was able to find a group, and Isabel smiled as she announced, "Okay, is everyone ready? Let's begin now!"
Now, I found myself in the car with my friends, and the excitement among us was palpable. We were all chattering away, sharing stories and laughing, eagerly anticipating the fun and adventures that lay ahead of us for the day.
Soon we all arrive at our destination. Everyone was ushering us inside. We were split up into two groups, one girl and one boy.
"Everyone, please follow me." A woman.
We are all folioing the woman. I stay close to my friends. As I gaze upward, my attention is immediately drawn to the stunning chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. They create a captivating sight, drawing my eyes in with their graceful forms and the way they catch the light. Each chandelier is made of shimmering crystal, its facets sparkling brilliantly as they reflect and refract light in various directions.
They take us to a big room. I see rows of mirrors with people working on girls' ands hair and painting their nails. Clothes hung on racks, and people were shouting things like "I found the dye!" and "That makes her look pudgy."
"Here they are!" I see a woman coming up to us, clearly the person in charge. "I'm sarah. Okay, let's get started.
'We need 'before' pictures. Come over here," she commands. pointing us to a chair in the corner in front of a backdrop. "Don't mind the cameras, girls and dogs. We'll be doing a special on your makeovers, since every girl and dog in is going to want to look like you by the time we're done today."
After we are all done, Sarah will command, "Take May to station four; take Peachy to station eight; Ashley to ten; Chloe to one; Lilly to twelve."
"So here's the thing," a short, dark-haired man said, pulling me over to a seat with a twelve on the back. "We need to talk about your image." He was all business.
"My image?" Don't I get in because of my talents and personality? Not my image now.
"How do we want to make you look? With your eyes, we can make seem serene and tranquil."
"I don't know."
"Your far I think you will look better if you change your far a light beige and tan." He showed me a photo what I would look like.
"Okay." I am unsure about changing my hair completely.
"We need to clean up you far." He walk away, sending a group of women swarming my way.
