Narrator's POV

The past couple of days. Kokushibo has been in protective mode, you can say. He only gets to that point if akaza is around. Some don't know why this behavior started or what caused it. Yoriichi even questions it but refuses to confront his older brother about it. Kokushibo's protective behavior escalates over something no one knows. All they know is that it has just gotten worse.

With Yorrichi

Yoriichi's POV

I was in class with Tanjiro and his sister Nezuko. I asked Tanjiro how things were going. Since our teacher was out sick and we had a sub. So we had a free period today in this class. He said, "Things are going great." Tanjiro asked me how my brother was doing. I said, "He was doing better." Tanjiro said."He saw him around somebody earlier today." I told him to give me a description of the person. Tanjiro said, "Black hair and blue eyes. With some arm and possibly leg tattoos." I said, "his name is akaza."

I said to Tanjiro that you met akaza. Remember, he was the guy I asked kokushibo to carry after the fight earlier in the year. Tanjiro thought for a second on the matter and said "Oh now I remembered." I told him how much kokushibo has been around akaza. It was like he was guarding akaza from something that was about to come, but what? Tanjiro seemed to think about it and said, "I have nothing."  Tanjiro looked back to Nezuko to see if she had any ideas.

Neziko did have an idea on the matter. She suggests that maybe one of the kids threatened Akaza's safety. I asked Nezuko, "Who does she think would do that." Nezuko said, "I have a hunch it was muzan." Thinking of it myself the guy akaza attacked that day looked like one of muzans goons. Muzan could be trying to take his revenge on akaza but can't because kokushibo is always around. We talked the whole period of the thought. All of us agreed it must have been one of Muzan's that akaza attacked that day.

In Lunch

Kokushibo's POV

I was at lunch with akaza and his friends. Daki and Nakime joined our table. Akaza seems delighted about introducing them to Shinubo and Douma. They all talked while I watched after a while, nakime sat across from me asking why I had been clinging to akaza so much. Feeling it was necessary, I informed her about Muzan's threat. he warned me that something might happen to Akaza. When I'm not looking. Nakime seemed troubled by this news. 

She proposed that she and Daki could monitor Akaza in the morning. I watch him in the afternoon so I won't be late for my classes. When I asked if they shared any classes with him in the morning, Nakime assured me they did. I agreed with Nakime's plan. I inquired for more information about the classes that weren't shared with him. Nakime clarified that those classes would be where Daki's brother would be with Akaza.

After lunch, they all separated with kokushibio walking with akaza to their next class. The rest of the week goes as planned. With Akaza and Gyutaro bonding with one another. Akaza is still talking with Kokshibio in their first-period class while Rengoku talking to Gyiu regarding something. Overall, the week went by in a breeze. Until next Wednesday when Muzan slipped a note into Akaza's locker. As Akaza read the note, it wasn't just him who saw its contents.

Kokushibo made his way to Akaza's locker to accompany him to their first-period class. Noticing Akaza's gaze absorbed into a note with curiosity getting the better of him. Kokushibo leaned over Akaza's shoulder for a closer look. The note that captured Akaza's fixation read...
