**Isla's POV **The weeks had flown by in a whirlwind of joy, passion, and love. Isla and Damian had settled into a rhythm, balancing their pack duties with moments of deep connection. Their love had only grown stronger, and every day felt like a gift-a future they had both fought so hard to deserve.
One afternoon, Isla found herself standing on the graduation stage, dressed in her cap and gown. The thrill of the moment was surreal. She had worked so hard for this, juggling her studies with the responsibilities of Luna and everything else that had come her way. And now, she was finally here, surrounded by her friends, ready to step into the next chapter of her life.
As the university president handed her the diploma, Isla's heart swelled with pride. She had graduated with honours, a testament to her perseverance. Beside her, her friends-Harper, Astrid, and Vivienne-were all cheering, their faces alight with excitement.
The graduation ceremony was filled with energy and celebration, but what happened next caught Isla completely off guard.
As the last name was called and the crowd erupted in applause, Isla noticed Marcus standing nervously at the side of the stage. She frowned slightly, wondering why he looked so tense, but before she could ask Harper what was going on, Marcus made his way to the center of the stage.
"Harper," Marcus said, his voice carrying through the now-quiet crowd.
Isla watched as Harper's eyes widened, her mouth dropping open in surprise. Everyone turned to see what was happening, and Isla couldn't help but smile, sensing something big was about to unfold.
Marcus, his hands shaking slightly, pulled a small velvet box from his pocket and knelt down on one knee in front of Harper.
The entire crowd gasped.
"Harper," Marcus began, his voice filled with emotion. "We've kept this quiet for so long, but I can't hide it anymore. You've been my best friend, my partner in everything, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"
Harper's hand flew to her mouth, tears brimming in her eyes. Isla could see her heart racing, her entire body trembling with shock and happiness.
Without hesitation, Harper nodded, her voice catching as she whispered, "Yes, Marcus. Yes!"
The crowd erupted into cheers as Marcus slipped the ring onto Harper's finger and stood up to kiss her. The kiss was passionate, filled with all the love they had clearly been hiding for so long. It was a shock to everyone-most of them hadn't even known that Harper and Marcus had been secretly dating. But seeing them together now, it all made sense.
Isla couldn't stop grinning as she joined in the applause, her heart full of happiness for her friends. Harper had always deserved someone who understood her strength, and Marcus had proven himself to be just that person.
As the ceremony came to an end, Isla spotted her brother, Kian, sitting in his wheelchair beside Selena. He had come to support her, though his condition had not changed much. His blindness still separated him from the world, and his memories remained a blur. But Isla had noticed the small moments-like when she hugged him, and he seemed to hold her just a little bit tighter, as though some part of him knew she was there.
She leaned down, gently kissing his forehead. "I love you, Kian," she whispered. "I know you're still with us, and I'll always be here for you."
Kian didn't respond, but Isla saw a small tear slip down his cheek, and her heart ached with both love and longing.

Weeks Later...
The days following the graduation had been blissful but exhausting. Between her Luna duties, spending time with Damian, and helping out around the pack, Isla found herself feeling more tired than usual. She had started eating more, craving odd combinations of food, and no matter how much sleep she got, she always seemed to wake up tired.
It wasn't until one afternoon, when Isla fell asleep on the couch in Damian's office at the pack house, that Ethan brought it up.
"Damian," Ethan said, his brows furrowed with concern as he glanced at Isla's sleeping form. "Is something wrong with her?"
Damian looked over at Isla, her body curled up on the couch, her breathing soft and even. He shook his head with a small smile. "No, she's fine. Just tired from all the Luna duties lately. It's been a lot."
Ethan raised an eyebrow but didn't press further. "If you say so. But keep an eye on her. I've never seen Isla this tired."
Later that evening, Damian gently scooped Isla up from the couch, carrying her back to their house. He couldn't deny that she had been more tired lately, but he chalked it up to the stress of everything they'd been through. He pressed a soft kiss to her forehead as he laid her down in their bed, tucking the blankets around her.

A few days later, Isla invited Harper, Astrid, and Vivienne over for a quiet afternoon at the house. They sat around the living room, laughing and chatting while Astrid, visibly pregnant with her third child, shared stories of her growing family.
"You make it sound so easy," Isla teased, watching Astrid's glowing face as she sipped tea.
Astrid chuckled, resting a hand on her growing belly. "It's definitely not easy. But I love it. And this one," she said, patting her stomach, "has been giving me cravings like you wouldn't believe."
Vivienne laughed. "Cravings? That sounds like Isla lately! She's been eating everything in sight."
Isla blushed, rubbing the back of her neck. "I don't know what's gotten into me. I've just been hungry all the time."
Before anyone could respond, Isla suddenly felt lightheaded. Her vision swam, and she reached out to steady herself on the arm of the chair. But it was no use. Her body felt like it was tilting, and the world around her blurred.
"Isla!" Harper's voice cut through the fog, but it was Damian who reacted the fastest.
He was at her side in an instant, his strong arms catching her before she could fall. "Are you okay?" he asked, his voice filled with concern.
"I... I just felt dizzy," Isla murmured, leaning into him as the dizziness began to pass. "I'm fine."
But Selena, who had been standing nearby, narrowed her eyes as she approached. She looked at Isla carefully, a small smile forming on her lips as she placed a hand on Isla's shoulder.
"Isla," Selena said softly, her voice filled with knowing warmth. "I think I know what's going on."
Isla blinked, confused. "What do you mean?"
Selena's smile widened. "You're pregnant."
Isla's heart stopped for a moment, her breath catching in her throat as the words sank in. Pregnant? She stared at Selena, then at Damian, her mind racing with the implications.
"I'm... pregnant?" Isla repeated, her voice barely above a whisper.
Damian's eyes widened in surprise, and then, slowly, a smile spread across his face. "You're pregnant?"
Isla looked down at her stomach, the reality of it slowly dawning on her. A baby. Their baby. She felt a rush of emotions-shock, joy, fear-all at once, and tears filled her eyes.
"I'm pregnant," Isla whispered again, this time with a smile.
Damian pulled her into his arms, holding her tightly as he kissed her forehead. "We're going to be parents," he murmured, his voice filled with awe and love.
As they stood there, surrounded by their friends, Isla knew that their lives were about to change forever. And she couldn't have been happier.
