Diet.

Can't be too hard, right?

Miss shin gave me three dieting options, the first one being only eating 500 calories per day, second one is protein shakes and sweet potato per day,
and the last and most dangerous one, ice cubes.

I don't think the ice cube one is safe, which is why it's my last option.

If I don't lose the weight by next month, then that'll be my only option left.

I got up from the couch and made my way over to the kitchen, where Yongbok sat eating a bowl of cereal.

"Good morning, hyung!" He enthusiastically greeted, waving before focusing back on his YouTube video. I would be lying if I said I wasn't envious.

Chocolate cereal sounds so good right now, but it's too big of a risk.

Don't want to repeat history, now do we?

I opened the refrigerator and looked at all the ingredients. Someone definitely forgot to do groceries. I took out a banana, milk, and some left over chicken breast that I heated up on the stove. I set the food on my plate and sat down two seats beside Felix.

I wasn't full at all.

Actually, I was left starving after.

And that's good.

That's the goal after all.

"Minho, are you sure that's enough food?" Han asked as he walked in, taking the cereal packet out of Felix' grip and pouring some for himself.

"Yeah, don't worry. I'm on a diet." I answered sweetly, sending a reassuring smile. I could tell he wasn't too convinced, but luckily, he just let it go.

After I was done, I decided to go ahead and buy some groceries before heading over to the gym. I this time walked to a grocery store that was a little further away, I had to use the exercise. I got a cart and started filling it with the needed supplies.

"Have you seen how he's been looking lately?" Someone said from the opposite aisle, but I just ignored it.

"Right? How is Lee Know even an idol?" Another voice giggled, and I dropped the mac and cheese packet out of my hands.

Even they know.

Good job Minho,

Even your fans have realised.

I immediately walked away from the isle, and went over to pay as fast as I could.

Sadly, Minho didn't hear the full conversation after that.

"Right? He's so beautiful! He practically belongs on the runway! But thankfully he got blessed with amazing dancing skills and a good voice. I'm so glad JYP didn't eliminate him."

Oh...

"Okay! Let's start with a simple warm up!" My trainer said, and walked over.

"One-thousand jumping jacks."

What?

"B-but sir, isn't my original workout plan only five hundred?" I reminded him, but he shook his head.

"Miss Shin told me about your state, so we decided to double everything there. Now stop complaining and start."

Okay.

It's for the best anyway.

About twenty minutes have passed, and I sat on the ground, panting as I drank out of my water bottle.

"Not so easy, son. Two hundred burpees, come on."

This is gonna be hard...

"Ten minute plank, let's go!"

"Five hundred crunches."

"Fifty squats."

"Come on, last one, one hundred push ups."

I practically died.

I couldn't even stand up.

It was fucking torture.

Doesn't help with the fact that I only had a salad for dinner and only two red potatoes since I was left so hungry.

It's your consequences, Minho.

You did this to yourself.

I looked up at the ceiling above me, and the drowsiness immediately took over my body.

Day one done, twenty nine to go.
