Muromachi Kaito was mentioned in Chapter 2, he is known for being a member of the Muromachi Clan, a group of mysterious people who hail from Yashiori Island and have complete immunity against the Tatarigami, leading people to believe that they are monsters that imitate the appearance of humans. Along with every member of the clan having unnatural strength, and due to being born with just the right conditions and genetics, Muromachi Kaito became and is known as the strongest samurai of history throughout all of Inazuma.
Muromachi Kaito has also fought a variety of youkai that challenged him to a duel, consisting of Reizenbou, Kamai Kenji, Mikoshi Chiyo, Kitsune Matsume. And effortlessly defeated all of them with next to no effort due to his inhuman movements that even Raiden Ei was surprised.
Personality: According to Maho Wando, Kaito was a calm and stoic person, making him unpredictable, but was said to be heavily sorrowful and prayed towards a Statue of the Raiden Shogun to apologize for his actions against those he slaughtered.
Currently, The Taxidermied Eundo has summoned Kaito's Spirit along with giving him a new body created by using the souls of over 1369 Youkai, this abyssal energy corrupted version of Kaito displays total loyalty towards The Eundo, listening to all of it's orders, unlike Dodomeki Mayu or Chihiro Horiuchi, the abyssal corrupted version of Muromachi Kaito appears to have no sort of emotion as he does not smile or frown at all.

The Taxidermied Eundo - Muromachi Kaito appears as a puppet in full control to The Eundo as of now, and is ordered to face Kitsune Matsume.
Maho Wando - Muromachi Kaito was first shocked when Wando was the first to make a move to talk to him, as people Inazuma were never able to get close to him due to them being fearful of the kind of person he was. The two became true friends that Kaito even attempted to teach Wando on how to use the Muromachi Art and telling him his story as a former samurai, and even giving his sword to Wando before passing away. As of now Muromachi Kaito's sword, the Hamutara is protected over a layer of glass inside Wando's home along with a statue of the Shogun besides it.
Kitsune Matsume - The two could never get along as the Muromachi Clan slaughtered a member of the Tomiko Clan who Matsume valued as the only one that loved her, and so Kitsune Matsume never forgave the Muromachi(s) and even attempted to kill Kaito right in front of Wando who was watching. Before Matsume left Inazuma, Kaito said "I wish we could have met under better circumstances".
Raiden Makoto - Muromachi Kaito served as a general directly under her command, however it seemed that Kaito wasn't close to her as an ally but rather was a cog that was moving in a strict order to a way of eternity.
Kitsune Saiguu - The two had interacted with each other before in the past, however, it appears that these two have never met ever since then.

Trivia
Muromachi Kaito is inspired by Miyamoto Musashi who was a samurai that lived in the Edo (Tokugawa) period.
The two lines under his eyes are inspired from Itachi Uchiha and are a result of constant stress throughout his life.
The average height for a male in the Muromachi Clan is 177cms(5'10ft) meaning he was slightly under average height, however at 23 years old he had a sudden growth spurt going from 174 to 186 making him the tallest member of the Muromachi Clan.
His favorite food is Tuna Sashimi, during his free time he goes fishing to catch tuna, due to his unnatural strength he can easily reel in one with ease.
His sword art, the Muromachi Art has 16 techniques, however he amplified his techniques making them much more lethal and dangerous compared to Muromachi Mizu who is just average at using the sword art.
Muromachi Kaito can run at extremely fast speeds capable of outrunning a peregrine falcon 82 times, along with the swinging of his sword reaching up to 1,442,000KM/PS being four and almost a half times a speed of light.
The Muromachi Sword Art's techniques are inspired off of Moon Breathing from Kimetsu no Yaiba, as Chapter 8 Part 1 will show Kaito using techniques similar to Kokushibo's Moon Breathing.
If Kitsune Saiguu had visited Muromachi Kaito more often, the Youkai Realm Incident could've been prevented as Maho Wando would be discovered much more earlier than in the present times, being enough time to cleanse all the abyssal energy inside Wando's body which would make The Taxidermied Eundo unable to manifest itself.
The reason why his slashes can damage Mori Hashima (Who took no damage from The Eundo's attack) is due to his speed combining with the swinging force, along with cutting more than a hundred times making even a single attack from Kaito extremely lethal.
