Kazumi Horiuchi is the third youkai to be introduced to Full Moon during Chapter 2, she is famously known for being the younger sister of the Youkai Archaeologist Chihiro Horiuchi.
Personality: Kazumi is well mannered and has high temper and is willing to help anyone especially those are determined to follow their goals and reach new achievements.
Relationships:
Onikuma Mari - Mari was caught by Kazumi from stealing dishes from customers, despite knowing what Mari has done wrong Kazumi forgave Mari and gives Mari free food.
Maho Wando - Wando and Kazumi have a mother and child relationship, she listens to his dreams and even giving him her old kerchief which she wore when helping her mother cook.
Chihiro Horiuchi - Chihiro and Kazumi are both kind to each other and played in the woods when they were young, even when Chihiro went missing for days and weeks, Kazumi knew that Chihiro would always come back with a smile on her face.
Kamai Kenji - Kazumi shows a sign of respect towards Kamai as they were friends when young, though Kazumi sometimes gets angry at Kamai for overdrinking sake.

Trivia
Kazumi Horiuchi is based on Kazumi Watanabe from We Bare Bears, they have almost exact identical looks.
Kazumi has white hair like Kitsune Saiguu, Kitsune Matsume. Her sister Chihiro Horiuchi also has white hair.
Despite looking like a non-fighter, Kazumi is very good at throwing hands as they are rated A for anyone.
Kazumi has lived in Yashiori Island before Orobashi's death and moved to Narukami Island after the great serpent was slayed by the Kagemusha(Raiden Ei).
Kazumi is great friends with Kirara's parents.
The whiskers on her face are a family heritage and are unable to disappear even when turning into human form.
