"I thought you'd never get free" Nat says to me 'I know, i swear I was waiting for ages"

"Did you meet some off the pilots?" "Yeah most of them came to the bar and i served some. I had a convo with coyote it was actually so
funny"

I have told no one who my father is, nothing about him or how he has affected me these last 3 years. It's just easier to keep the past in the past I guess.

Hangman walks over to us

"Angel good to see you" "yeah u too Jake, been really missing them stuck up comments you've been making" I roll my eyes mid sentence

"Aha your funny" he says blankly

"Up for a game of pool?"

"Nah no thanks, too busy drinking"

Then that guy with the aviators walks up

He stands there with us until he locks eyes on me "i haven't met you before?, have i?" "Robyn" i smile at him "I served you at the bar like 15 minutes ago"

"Oh right, Bradley" he smiles "But everyone calls me rooster"

"that's a weird nickname, any meaning behind it?" that was obviously his callsign

Hangman buts in "angel stop acting like u don't know a thing about callsigns" he scoffs

I look at Nat and she looks at me we burst into laughter

"Hangman you ruined the fun!" I say laughing

Rooster and Hangman are just staring at us

I put out my hand still full with laughter "Robyn callsign angel, I'm called in for this mission aswell"

You can tell he didn't find that funny
" I had that plan aswell" he giggles "but everyone happened to know me" he says staring at hangman blankly
"oops" hangman laughs
"does anyone else know" he says obviously confused "nope, just Nat,bagman and now you"

"Hangman" Jake corrects

"Yeah,yeah"

I've been drinking for an hour now, and I'm not gonna lie it's getting to my head.

Me and Nat had just finished "don't stop believing" in karaoke and my voice is going.

We are all sitting together at a table Nat and rooster are either side of me.
Payback, bob, coyote and hangman are at the table with us aswell

Me and rooster have been talking all night whereas the rest of them haven't bothered speaking to me, I'm actually beginning to like him, he's funny and nothing like he seemed at the bar.

"Wanna hear a song?" Rooster questions me not waiting for an answer

he walks over to the piano plugs out the duke box and sits down

I stand up and follow him to the piano, making Nat follow me aswell

He hovers his hands over the keys

You shake my nerves and you rattle my brain
too much love drives a man insane

You broke my will
I then join in
Oh what a thrill

Goodness gracious great balls of fire!

We all begin singing with Bradley dancing our hearts out.

I then notice from the corner of my eye mav looking in at the window to us, he was staring at me but then shifts his attention to Bradley
Did pen kick him out? I hope it's for the phone on the bar and not trying to get with penny again. The stories pen has told me about them 2 is insane
I had to tell her to stop taking about him at one point, this was nearly and hour nonstop taking about there days together

Hangman and coyote walk in from outside

"Did someone get thrown out again?" I ask confused

"Yeah some pop got caught for a round and couldn't pay" "we threw him out" coyote finishes hangman's sentence

"They'll never learn" I stated laughing at my father's stupidity

Everyone has now left

I stay back helping penny clean up as I refused to leave

"You working here early in the morning, go home rob I'll be fine"

"Nono pen I'll just wipe the tables, and I'll be gone"

I finish up wiping the tables and picking up the empty glasses left

I say bye to penny and walk home. Leaving my Volkswagen corado at the hard deck.

I hate this chapter, I think there just wasn't enough detail or something in it
It'll have to do because I don't know how to write it better. I hope yere not getting bored of this already but it'll get more exciting!
