It's been a few weeks since Nick and Charlie got the rejection letter, and Charlie has been taking it hard.
Charlie has been laying around their bed and of course Nick has been cuddling Charlie to try to cheer him up which has helped a little bit.
It has gotten to the point where Nick has been talking to Tori and of course has been coming over to hang out with Charlie to also try to cheer Charlie up.
⚠️Tori and Nick are just grateful that Charlie hasn't resulted to hurting himself.
Tori has also been talking to Micheal for a while and they have an idea on how to help Nick and Charlie get the family they have been fighting for months on months for, but they have to get Nick and Charlie on board with it as well.
Nicks POV:
I'm just laying down in bed scrolling through my phone as Charlie is sleeping on my chest as I softly play with Charlies curls those are probably one of my favorite things about Charlie, but I soon see I message notification from Tori
12:00 Tori
"Hey Nick"
"Hey Tori, what's up?"
"Are you and Charlie busy tonight?"
"No, I don't think so why?"
"Can you meet me and Micheal at Nando's around 6?"
"I'm sure we can!"
"Okay see you then"
Nicks POV:
It's been about three hours since Nick and Tori last talked and Nicks now trying to wake Charlie up.
"Hey Char honey its going on 3PM" Nick says rubbing Charlies arm in hopes to get him awake
Charlie just moves a little in response
"Charlie, Tori and Micheal wants to meet up for dinner" Nick says kissing Charlies head
Charlie response with starting to move more and not soon after he moves his head to face Nick
"Well good morning my sleepyhead"
"Good lord how long was I sleeping for?"
"Three hours"
"Oh my god Nick I'm so sorry I'm sure you had better stuff to do other than letting me use you as a pillow" Charlie says sitting up.
"No Charlie I love when you use me as a pillow! I get to cuddle you so it's a win may I add I get to also play with your hair?" Nick says with a smile.
"I love you"
"I love you too"
"I love you more"
"Mm no not possible"
Not too long after the back and forth and a few kisses here and there they decide to go get ready for dinner.
After about an hour and a half they are ready to go little do they know what is going to happen tonight.
"You okay Char?" Nick says noticing Charlie is clearly nervous.
"Yeah, I'll be okay just a bit nervous about eating"
"Char I'll hold your hand if you need me too! would you like to share my meal?"
"If you don't mind" Charlie says with a small smile
"Of course, I don't mind Charlie" Nick says as he puts one of his hands on Charlies.
Not soon after they get to Nandos Tori and Micheal also show up, they all walk in and get their table and look over the menu and put their order in.
"Thanks for inviting us Tori" Charlie says with a smile
"Of course but umm me and Micheal want to talk to you guys about something important" Tori says with nervousness in her voice.
"Yes?" Nick and Charlie says in sync
"So, me and Micheal have been talking about this for a while now, but we want to see what you guys think."
"Well, what is it?" Nick asks
"We both agreed we want to do this for you guys so what if I carry a child for you? I know the adoption plan isn't going the way you guys want so what do you guys think?"
Nick and Charlies eyes get huge.
⚠️"Tori, I can't put you through childbirth I would feel bad and what if it goes south?" Charlie says still shocked
"Well, I have thought of that already and I've seen the doctors already and after some tests and things they said I'm super healthy so the chances of something going south is very low! Please Charlie this is the least I can do is give you the family you guys want! Plus you and Nick would be great parents" Tori says
"Tori are you sure you want to do this?" Nick says
"Please we want to do this for you guys" Micheal says
"Yes Nick im sure!"
Nick and Charlie look each other in the eyes are communicate that way then shake their head in agreement
"Well if you are 100% sure of this then lets do it!" Charlie says with tears in their eyes
"I'm sure Charlie" Tori says
"How did I get so lucky to have you as my sister?" Charlie says as he goes to hug Tori and Nick stands up to hug Tori and Micheal
"So how is this going to work?" Nick asks
"I was thinking of having us use you as the biological father so that way the baby could look a little like Charlie and you as well!"
"Ah that makes sense"
After a while they get their meals and talk about their plan, they soon pay and go their separate ways.
"I still can't believe it Nick!" Charlie says with the smile Nick has longing to see for a while
"Theres the smile I love" Nick says as he quickly kisses Charlie's cheek
"We are going to be dads!"
"I know I'm so grateful for Tori"
"Me to Char me to!"
They go to sleep that night with their hearts full
