Eheheh...king...he called me a king...
Wait? I don't deserve to be a king...do I?
Well, I'm the king of no one, so it should be fine...at worst someone will just beat me.
"So, lord Luciel, I presume you're here to attend the Zenith academy." The tall man spoke to me, so I looked at him...I think I recognize him...ah! He asked me a question!
"Ah...yes..."
"Hmm, then this competition will be way harder for everyone." He threw a glance at the small kid beside him and then looked back at me. "But it won't cause any problem for us."
The green-haired kid looked at me with a face devoid of any emotion before looking away.
"Guard, the greeting was made, we can continue now."
The man said with a deep voice but stopped when he realized no one was answering them.
"Hmm? They are unconscious?"
I looked around me, I found out that the majority of them looked in pain and some were even sleeping, Were they really this stressed because of the exam?
"Well this is quite embarrassing, our elite guards aren't even able to keep consciousness when hit by a small aura. Even this little girl is doing better than them."
I looked at the direction he was pointing and saw a girl dressed in a yellow dress, she was easily noticeable because she was the only one standing in her radius.
The tall man simply sighed before waving his hand. "Let's just go Your Majesty, it my fault for thinking these guards would be at the same level as our previous one."
"What should we do with them?" The kid asked as he threw a look of indifference at them.
"Let's just find our reserved table, they will join us when they wake up."
The kid nodded before throwing me a single look and walking in front of him. Two girls who seemed a little older than him were walking right behind him, and the tall man finished the march, none of them even bothered to avoid walking on the body of the guard.
Well...where should I go? I should put myself far away from everybody, I wouldn't want to scare anybody.
"Euh sorry..."
I looked toward where I heard the voice, just to see the same girl as before. She was trembling facing me...she must be scared of me...probably scared that someone as ugly as me could exist.
"I...I noticed you were harmed..."
Harmed? Oh right!
I looked at my hand just to see a gaping hole in the middle, I couldn't move a single finger, and I was quite scared that if I left it alone, my hand would fall off. It even caused an irritating sound when my blood fell from it.
I suppose it means I'm pretty hurt...I think the normal reaction here is to scream out of pain...
I looked at her to see If she expected this answer, but the only thing I saw in her eye was the expression of concern.
Weird that I see it so much these times...
But how do I answer to these? It means they are worried about me...so I should...tell them I'm fine?
Let's test it out.
"I'm fine."
"Are...are you sure?"
Hmm, she looks more concerned now...is it a good thing? Let's test the inverse now.
"No."
"Eh?"
