"You piece of half robot shit! You call these scribbles blueprints!" I shout at him trying to understand the prints of the ships. I sensed the burning glare on the back of my head from Franky as he finished working on the keel of the ship. "If you can't read it then you shouldn't be here!" He shouts back at me, my eyes blazed with anger making me turn around to look at him. "What kind of ship runs on cola!" I toss the blueprints to the side in frustration and threw my hands in the air.

My body froze as my brace locks, on the keel scaffold Franky's laughter could be heard. I soon began to laugh seeing him fall off the beams. "That's what you get you-" A hand clamps over my mouth, Dad sighs in disappointment. "This why nothing ever gets down with the two of you. At this rate, the future king of the pirates will sail on a raft" I grinned sheepishly as he worked on unlocking my brace.

"Hey look. Tom's workers are back together" I glanced to see Paulie and the shipwrights walking over. I smiled and waved with my left arm while dad still worked on my brace. "You don't have to build the ship here you know? Didn't you tell him that Cole? Geez" Paulie stand next to me teasing me. I stick my tongue at him payfully only to get smacked by dad. "I do hope I don't see you sticking your tongue out on a wanted poster" He gave me a pointed look and finished unlocking my brace.

My arm relaxes, I slowly bend my arm and then smack Paulie. Who then smacks the back of my head and takes a step back grinning at me. "Did you guys finish fixing the city?" Dad questioned while looking at the shipwrights who all smiled proudly. "Of course, some of them even told us to come help with the ship. Besides, Cole here took care of the shopping district before most of us could." I looked away since all the attention was at me, I spotted Franky who looked emotional at the sight of everyone.

"y-You guys better not get in my way!" He shouts with tears trickling down his cheeks. I gave him a thumbs up.

After a while we all began working on the ship, Dad explained further on the blueprints giving everyone a better idea of the ship. We had the hull built when Kokoro and Chimney joined us, the younger one handed out waters happily to all of us as we worked. With the ship slowly coming together, I was intrigued at Franky's design of the ship. However, with the different designs requested by the crew. He wouldn't let me see, in fact I wasn't allowed to help after we get the deck built. A frown forms on my face as a thought raced in my mind, the hammer in my hand felt heavy at the sinking feeling. This was going to be the last ship I build with Dad and everyone. I leaned down and kissed the wood, the musty smell of the wood was strong. And nearly brought tears again. "First master, bless this ship as a member of Fairy Tail will sail under the Straw Hat Pirates proudly" A warmth covers me but not from my prayer, it was a blanket. "Just cause you can make fire doesn't mean you can't get cold" It was Franky, he sits down on the board I was on and scoots next to me. "You have a lot on your mind squirt, Ice for brains to me a few things" I shrugged and my shoulder sag. Everyone left to take a short break leaving the two of us on the unfinished ship. "I feel better talking to him, I just.....It's still scary" I muttered looking at my hands.

"He is the closest person I consider family here, he kept me safe and happy all this time knowing the dangers of having me" My voice was quiet, at this point the sun was almost high above us. "You don't think you'll find a family again? You have friends who you've only met but have shown how much they care for you" Franky's voice was quiet as well and nudged me. "You know that they even helped design your room, and lets just say. You have made a great choice in choosing them, they can already see who you are as a person" My lips turned up slightly with happiness.

"Now, squirt you're banned from being near here until its done" I squinted and stood up pouting.

"What the hell you said until the deck is done!"
