-Many years ago-

"Where are we going again Natsu?" I grumbled walking sluggishly behind him. Happy laid on my head asleep since the sun hadn't even risen yet. Running my eyes I bumped into Natsu causing me and Happy to tumble to the ground. The two of laid motionless on the ground, I heard Natsu sigh and peer over the two of us. "We need to get to the fishing spot before the fish wake up" I scrunched my nose at his statement and looked at him. "Do fish sleep?" I mumbled, Happy suddenly perked up.

"Fish?"

Sweat beaded down my forehead as I pounded a hammer on a nail.

It had been two days since Enies Lobby.
Two days since I heard my brother's voice.

Since we saved Robin and Franky, I allowed myself to heal yesterday. But I was anxious to get back to work to help Water Seven repair the damages from Aqua Laguna.

The sounds of labor was heard all across the city of water, it was almost back to normal....for the most part. As soon as I got out of bed, I hadn't spoken to anyone in the crew. I knew as soon as Luffy gets a ship, everyone will want to sail to the next island. The idea terrifies me, I have never left Water Seven, yeah maybe to Enies lobby once. But I have never left this place I've called home and leave it for good. I looked at the wooden board I held lost in thought. This was to try and distract me from the idea of saying...goodbye to Dad.

I want to travel.....but the fear of forgetting again coursed through me.

A whirling noise broke my thoughts, I glanced down to my right arm. In a matter of a few hours, Dad and Franky worked together with Chopper to get a brace made for me while I was unconscious yesterday. It was an automatic mechanism that changes the tightness of the brace, depending on my muscle movement. The brace gives me the strength to lift my arm up above my head, as well assisting me in battle. The only downside is that I can't get it wet or sleep with it on. Or hold it out completely straight. Despite those downsides, Chopper said it should help my muscles from tearing more, my hand however. I'll have to regain my hand strength through therapy. The doctor while bedridden had started writing and working on what exercises I should do. Until then, he suggests to start using my left hand more often. It's a pain in the ass since I've got little to none coordination with my left hand.

I sighed softly aiming the small hammer with my left hand towards the small nail. My right hands strains slightly while trying to grip the nail. Tapping gently with the hammer I embed the nail into the wood panel. I smiled proudly at my work, lifting my chin up at the building I finished repairing. "So this is where you rushed off to, your crew has been worried about you" A shadow looms over me, I tilt my head back and stare up at the figure. I shrugged at Dad giving him a silent response. I stood up slowly the whirling noise of the brace was heard and evident that it was working as I made no struggle of moving. "Aren't you suppose to be working on those blueprints" I made a jab at him and began to pack up my tools.

When I woke up... it felt like a lifetime when I was unconscious. My entire life played through my mind while I was unconscious. The puzzles have finally got together, and it made me question myself to what my dream is now. How do I follow Natsu's words into showing what being a Fairy can do? What I can show the world as a Dragon?

Soon the two of us began walking down the stone paths of the canal. I bite the inside of my cheek as atmosphere was tense. When I woke up this morning, I went to his office and got upset at him.

-A few hours ago-
I stared at him angrily. "What?" I blinked, my arm was in a sling and my hair was a mess as I stared at Dad furiously. "I said, I am going to help Franky build his dream ship to give to Luffy" My heart was torn, Dad explained that he wanted the ship to be done as quickly as possible so Marines don't flood the city in hopes to capturing the crew. My hands formed a tight fist. "You could have just said you didn't want me here much longer!" I snapped at him and turned away in anger.
