GRAVITY FALLS

-

DIPPER PINES ENJOYED GAMES. LIKE MOST OTHER TWELVE YEAR OLDS.

WHEN HE WASN'T TORMENTING OTHERS, HE PLAYED FIGHT FIGHTERS IN THE ARCADE FOR MULTIPLE DAYS STRAIGHT.

BEATING MONEY OUT OF OTHERS WAS EASY.

HE CRUSHED EVERYONE THAT WENT AGAINST HIM. BUT THERE WAS ONE PERSISTENT CHALLENGER.

ROBBIE VALENTINO.

HE WAS QUITE VOCAL ABOUT HIS DISLIKING OF DIPPER PINES AND MABEL PINES.

ANNOYED BY HIS PERSISTENCE, DIPPER PINES CHALLENGED HIM TO A FIGHT FIGHTERS GAME WITH EVERYTHING ON THE LINE.

DIPPER PINES LOST.

A MYSTERIOUS URN FILLED WITH ASHES WAS FOUND ON THE DOORSTEP OF THE VALENTINO HOME THE NEXT MORN.

ROBBIE WAS NEVER SEEN AGAIN.

PRESENT DAY

-

Bill was perplexed. Sitting upon his throne of frozen human agony, he went over what was going on to himself.

"It's been 10 whole days, and my back scratcher, whatshisname, and his victim haven't been found yet."

He didn't care, but it was so weird. He took his eyes off of them for just a few minutes, and they just vanished. He makes a call. His eye and bowtie turn dark blue.

"Hey, Pine Tree!"

...

"Hello?" There was no answer. Bill hangs up. "He's probably playing around in some other dimension. That guy is unbelievable."

Then, an explosion rocks the castle.

Bill sighs, opening a hole in his palace and flying out, only to be hit by a missile. He deadpans as a group of military jets flew by.

"M...Military? Military jets? Prez thinks..."

Bill laughs as he is shot again. He blew one jet out of the sky, disassembled another and its pilot with a glare, and stopped another one by grabbing its wing with two fingers.

"So, little birdie," Bill shook the jet, the pilot inside bouncing around. "You wanna tell me who put you up to this? Or do I have to shake it out of you??" Again, he doesn't care. He crushed the jet like a sheet of paper, making it a ball of metal and human meat.

"A mild inconvenience, and–" Bill spots more fighter jets. This time, they were joined by multiple heroes. He cleared his throat.

"Oh, oh, no! A flock of pigeons! Whatever will I do about–" He interrupts himself by vaporizing every last one of them. Bill floats there, listening to the screams of Japan's populous. Some were running from buildings he brought to life and such. It was fun to watch, but...

"I am incredibly lonely!" He rolled his eye. "I wonder how those kids are doing in Gravity Falls."

*

Reiko's head was throbbing with pain. She opened her eyes, blinking a few times as they adjusted to the light. She wakes up in a cemetery.

This was weird.

Everything was a dull, lifeless gray. The grass was a darker gray than the dirt. The blue of the sky was absent, and the clouds were hollow. The wind was still present, but even that felt empty. The color of the entire world was gone entirely. All except for herself.

"This is quite chilling, even for someone like me."

The sound of fire alerts her. Reiko looks around, spotting a large red flame coming from one of the open graves. A teenager crawled out of it like a zombie emerging from hell.

The flames disperse. Apart from herself, the only thing that had color in this world was the boy's red eyes.

"Who..." She spots a glitching name tag on him. "Robbie... Valentino. Right."

"Valentino, I need to find the rift and leave Gravity Falls with my friends before it's too late. Can you help me?"

He nods.

"...will you help me?"

He nods. With a snap, the rift, or a piece of it, appeared in his hands. Reiko was about to take it, but Robbie kept it away and just pointed at her.

"What?" He doesn't stop pointing at her. "Is there something you want from me?"

Robbie tossed the rift high into the air, where it stayed motionless. Reiko was a little annoyed, but it didn't end there. Suddenly, massive amounts of fire appeared around it. Like a castle surrounded by hellfire.

"Really?" Reiko asked Robbie, who sits on the ground. "Whatever..."

Using Airwalk, she tried going above the fire entirely to get the rift shard, but the fire spikes up, warding her off. Then, she tries using Air Cannon in combination with many other enhancer quirks. The flames die down temporarily, but they rise again shortly.

'Those flames are unusual, and I'm not gonna risk burning myself in them for it. Izuku wouldn't find me attractive. What to do...'

She tried using various other quirks to get through the flames and get the rift shard. The fire melted through any shield she made, and it always returned to full strength even after many attempts to put it out. She lands on the ground, tired and frustrated. It was pretty obvious what she needed here.

'One For All... how did the other girls access it? What's the difference between them and I? What was their catalyst...?!'

She knew Kinoko and Camie got it during their battle with the Elder Turtle. As for Saiko, she wasn't sure, but based on what she knew, she was trapped in her own head in a time-loop scenario. What did they have in common?

'Emotion. An influx of emotion has to be the key to unlocking One For All. Plus, they all love Izuku, and I do too. But how do I get emotional?'

She brute forces it. Her inability to get the rift shard and help save Japan makes her angry, the possibility of Bill killing the ones she loved because of her weakness angered her further. Lastly, she missed Izuku. Even though it hasn't even been a day since she was separated from him (supposedly), she missed him dearly, as well as the other girls.

Her face hardens as Silver Lightning bounced off of her. She uses Gearshift, dashing through the flames in less than a second, successfully acquiring the rift shard. The flames vanish, and Reiko appeared in front of Robbie.

"There. I got the rift shard." Reiko held it close. "Now, how do I leave?"

Robbie stands. "Dipper Pines is prideful. Not only does he call himself Lord of All Things Evil, but he believes himself to be undefeatable. Which, to be fair, he has been for centuries. Once he arrives, he will give you the advantage. A single opening and a sliver of hope in defeating him. Take it without hesitation. And if he is bested, make sure he's completely dead and gone before celebrating. He's not above cheating and breaking his own rules at the 11th hour."

He placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Good luck. And no matter what he says or does, burn every last trace of him until there's nothing left."

And with that, Reiko vanishes. The world around Robbie began to crumble to nothingness.

"I hope you know what you're doing, Mabel. And I hope that all of this agony can finally begin to fade away to time. Or should I say Eri?" Robbie chuckles. "Well, either way, the end is near. And I couldn't be happier."

The world was erased from existence.
