28. Interlingual Scene

The weather was really warm the next day and Sunghoon and Maena were heading to the large beach that can bee seen from their hotel room. It took a while to walk there down the hill and through the dense neighbourhood.

There were quite a lot of people at the beach right now, but they looked for a nice spot to leave their belongings. Maena placed her towel on the warm beach sand. She'd lay there under the sun after she has swum a while. "I'll put yours too.", she offered enthusiasticly and picked another towel from their bag. She chuckled playfully as she placed the towel right next to hers with no gap between. Sunghoon also smiled at her funny desire for closeness.

They had the red matching swimwear set that they got from Junho as a wedding present. The sizes were just right for them. Maena did wonder where Junho knew her exact size, but she came to the conclusion that he had asked her mother or someone. Her black hair was on a bun so it isn't bothering her as she swims.

"Then sunscreen. We can tan, but we can definitely not burn.", Maena noted and next picked up the sunscreen from the bag. "You first.", she patted her hands full of the content and looked at Sunghoon to ask if she could put it on for him. He nodded slightly so Maena swat her hands on his chest and spread the lotion on his upper body and back. Then she also brushed it on his cheeks and on top of his nose as well.

"Your turn.", Sunghoon said, taking the sunscreen after her. He started with her face. He did it so gently to avoid poking her eye or something because his hands were big compared to her face. She couldn't help but to giggle as he spread the cream on her face.

Sunghoon moved to apply it on her body, starting with her shoulders and arms. "You forgot my chest. I don't want to burn there.", she said, but likely already knew he wasn't going to touch close her private parts. Of course he wouldn't.

"Yeah, sorry.", he muttered and put it there too. Maena however helped him a little. 

"I like it when you're shy.", she stated. 

"What do you mean?"

"You just are. It's cute.", she noted, flashing him a smile. When they were done, Maena took his hand and so they started walking towards the water.

They were on the beach a couple of hours, then came back to the hotel. They didn't need to wash up anymore because the beach had showers where they rinsed sand and other dirt off. After that they went back outside and to eat to a restaurant. 

The restaurant was so nice. It wasn't really like fancy in anyway, more like cozy and dreamy. While waiting for their lunch Maena checked her phone. Bora had replied to the picture she send yesterday. "Aww, lovely. You are so cute together! Remember to update a lot, I want to know what it's like there and how you're doing!" She could almost hear Bora's overexcited voice from that message, but she couldn't help but to smile to it.

Their food came soon and so they started eating. Maena has never felt so great, it was like she was on a date with a man she really loves. And overall she's so happy here in Greece just with him, no one else interfering in their affairs, just them.

"Do you want to do something after we've eaten?", he asked. 

"Yes, probably. Like look at this place, I want to see every corner of this.", she replied fortunately.

"Okay."

"Maybe we could get some drinks from a bar? I wonder if they sell Margaritas. I want to taste some fresh cocktails and all.", she wondered. 

"Sure, let's do that."

They enjoyed their lunch together, had some nice talks and what people usually do on dates. Maena quickly went to use the restroom before they'd leave the restaurant. The bathroom was quite small, there were only two stalls and a hand wash basin, but it wasn't crowded at all, it was empty.
