You sat cross-legged on the floor of Felix's cozy living room, surrounded by cushions and snacks, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. Felix had offered to teach you some Korean phrases, and you couldn't wait to learn. His enthusiasm was infectious, and you knew this would be a fun experience.

"Alright, are you ready?" Felix asked, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Let's start with some basic greetings."

"Ready as I'll ever be!" you replied, leaning forward with anticipation.

"Okay, first phrase: '안녕하세요' (annyeonghaseyo). It means 'hello.' Try saying it!" he instructed, his playful tone making you smile.

"안녕하세요," you repeated, mimicking his pronunciation. Felix clapped his hands in delight.

"Perfect! You've got this!" he encouraged. "Now, let's move on to '감사합니다' (gamsahamnida), which means 'thank you.'"

"감사합니다," you echoed, feeling more confident.

"Great job! You're a natural at this!" Felix beamed, clearly enjoying the moment. "Now for something a bit more fun. Let's try '사랑해요' (salanghaeyo), which means 'I love you.'"

Your heart raced slightly at the phrase. "Okay, let's do it!"

"Ready? One, two, three!" Felix counted down, and you both said, "사랑해요!"

"Now, let's see if you can use it in a sentence," he suggested, grinning mischievously. "Say, 'I love you, Felix!'"

You laughed, feeling a bit shy. "Do I really have to?"

"Absolutely!" he insisted, crossing his arms in mock seriousness. "It's the perfect practice!"

With a deep breath, you said, "Felix, 사랑해요!"

Felix's cheeks flushed a light pink, and he chuckled. "Wow, I didn't know you felt that way!"

You both laughed, enjoying the playful banter. "Alright, what's next?" you asked, eager to keep the momentum going.

"Let's try something a bit tricky. How about '배고파요' (baegopayo), which means 'I'm hungry'?" Felix explained.

"배고파요," you repeated, feeling proud of your progress.

"Perfect! Now, if you want to ask, 'Are you hungry?' you say, '배고파요?'" He pointed to you with an exaggerated expression. "Can you do that?"

"배고파요?" you asked, trying to imitate his playful tone.

Felix nodded enthusiastically. "You're getting really good at this! Now, here's a bonus phrase: '무슨 일이에요?' (museun irieyo) which means 'What's going on?'"

"무슨 일이에요?" you repeated, feeling confident.

"Now you can use it to check in on me when I'm looking too focused," he joked. "Like when I'm making snacks or writing music!"

"Or when you're just being too cute," you added with a smirk.

Felix pretended to think seriously. "I'll take that as a compliment!"

After a few more phrases, Felix clapped his hands together. "Alright, let's review! I want you to say 'I'm hungry' and then ask me, 'What's going on?'"

You took a deep breath, trying to remember the words. "배고파요? 무슨 일이에요?"

Felix's eyes widened. "Perfect! But wait, let me do something first." He stood up, stretching dramatically. "Just a second!"

You watched, curious, as he made his way to the kitchen. He called over his shoulder, "Now you can practice while I prepare a little snack!"

Excited, you decided to add a playful twist. "Felix! 배고파요! 무슨 일이에요?"

"Are you trying to be funny?" he shouted back, chuckling.

Just then, you heard him drop something in the kitchen, followed by a loud crash. You burst into laughter. "Felix! What was that?"

"I'm fine! Just... uh, experimenting with some new sounds!" he called back, sounding flustered but amused.

Suddenly, you had an idea. You decided to keep practicing. "Felix! 배고파요! 무슨 일이에요?" you called out, your voice light and teasing.

"Stop! You're distracting me!" he replied, laughter evident in his tone.

You leaned back against the cushions, enjoying the moment. "I'm just making sure you're okay!"

Felix returned to the room with a plate of snacks, only to find you giggling uncontrollably. "What's so funny?"

In between fits of laughter, you finally managed to say, "I think you mispronounced something!"

He blinked, confused. "What do you mean?"

"You said '무슨 일이에요' earlier, but I think you accidentally said '무슨 미리예요' instead!" You struggled to keep a straight face. "That means 'What's a fortune?'"

Felix's eyes widened in realization, and he burst into laughter. "Wait, are you serious? I thought I was saying 'What's going on?'"

You nodded, wiping tears of laughter from your eyes. "I mean, it was hilarious, so I guess it worked out!"

"Okay, okay! Let's stick to the phrases I know!" He chuckled, his cheeks still pink. "This is why you need to keep practicing! But hey, at least I can ask for a fortune now!"

You both laughed until your sides hurt, the playful banter filling the room with warmth and joy. Felix reached for a snack and held it up to you. "Let's celebrate with some food!"

"Sounds perfect! But just so you know, if I get hungry, I'm definitely going to ask you what your fortune is!"

With that, you both continued to snack and enjoy each other's company, knowing that even in the chaos of language mix-ups, you had created unforgettable memories together.
