Pt2: Moving In.

Pomni and the final arrived at their destination. Making Pomni look around, seeing how big the place is.

"Woah, this place is massive!"
Pomni said as her mouth was agape.

"Yes my dear, this is where most of our collected money goes, more improvement for a better living arrangement. I'll show you to your room so you can get adjusted. Follow me."
The man said, having Pomni follow him.

As the pair were walking, Pomni saw a massive gummy crocodile.

"Ah, here's one of the residents, Gummigoo."
The man introduced.

"I said it's Migo, but who's the little lady? Never seen her around before."
Migo said, revealing his thick Australian accent.

"This is my new employee! Pomni!"
The man said.

"H-hello!"
Pomni said, sounding slightly nervous.

"Hey there, don't worry, I'm a friendly guy, if you ever want to know more about this place, I'm around."
Migo said, making Pomni giggle slightly.

"Thank you, I appreciate that."
She happily said just before the man showed her to her new room.

"And this is your sleeping court."
He said as he stepped to the side. There, the door slid up, revealing a stylish room, awestruck Pomni.

"It's so amazing! It even has my favorite color! Was making the room my favorite color just some kind of coincidence?"
She asked as she sat on the bed.

"Oh no dear, remember that once you shake my hand, I know everything about you! Your favorite food is salmon, you have a brother who's 3 years younger than you! But let that end there; I rather not freak you out; enjoy yourself now."
The man said as he vanished away, slightly stunning Pomni.

Pomni looked into the mirror and looked at her, seeing her body.

"Damn, I may not be 5ft tall, but I am stunning!"
Pomni said as she turned to the side, admiring the curves.

Just then, knocking came from the front door, grabbing Pomni's attention.

"Is that Migo? I only-

Ragatha is at your door, do you wish to open the door
The voice-activated door asked Pomni, startling her.

"F-freaky! B-but Yes! Open the door."
She answered the door and opened up, revealing a slightly taller woman with red licorice-like hair with a blue ribbon and a blue button for her right eye, wearing a black skin-tight tank top, black shorts, black stockings, and black gloves.
Shocking Pomni.

"Hey there new stuff!"
Ragatha happily greeted Pomni, making Pomni smile slightly.

"H-hello, you're Ragatha, right?"
Pomni asked for clarification.

"That's right, I see someone's been doing their homework," Ragatha said jokingly.
"So what brings you here?"
She asked.

"I just uh... Well it's-"
Pomni hesitated to say.

"Hey, if you don't want to talk about it, it's okay, I don't expect you to be the friendliest person on your first day. But I'm just letting you know that if you need someone to talk to, I'm here for you, first time being in a world like this, it can be very scary."
Ragatha stated.

"Well, surprisingly, it's not that scary. I thought the scariest thing here was the Migo, but he's nice."
Pomni said, slightly confusing Ragatha.

"Wait, Migo? The crocodile?"
Ragatha questioned.

"Yeah, so far, he's pretty cool, I thought I'd see worse."
Pomni said, sounding slightly confident.

"You know about Migo, but what about the others?"
Ragatha wonders.

"The others?"
Pomni asked as she didn't know who Ragatha was referring to.

"Yeah, like Jax, Gangle, Kinger, and Zooble!?"
Ragatha asked, slightly worried.

"I know about Jax; that's a walk-dead man!"
Pomni said as her fist tightened up.

"You do? How so if you don't mind me asking."
She asked. Pomni closed her eyes as she began to tell Ragatha about her past with Jax.

"15 years ago, Jax and I were best friends; our parents were friends, and so, of course, that would mean we'd be friends as well. As kids, we would always be together, he'd wait for me, and I'd wait for him, when we started school, he always hated when too many boys crowed around me, as a kid, I thought he was just being a good friend, but I found out that most guys only did that for a woman who that who they care dearly about."

"Jax, as a kid, was so sweet; I even remembered we watched the moon for almost an hour just talking. I remember him asking me something like "Isn't the moon lovely"
I still wonder why he asked me that question. It was on my birthday, so it's a question I can't just casually forget, but weeks later, he started to change; he started to act completely different, completely different from the person I knew as a child."

"He'd started being mean, and rude to me, making fun of me for my height and making sure that he wasn't joking about it, he'd push, shove me, and hit me sometimes, I don't know why lots of the guys at school would start doing that, I mean I know guys like to be rough sometimes, but back to back daily, it gets annoying, I mean he was my best friend so of course I'd think he'd just be bored or just like getting a reaction out of me."

"But for an entire year? I couldn't stand it anymore; that's one reason why I started to get sick and tired of him; he decided to grab my wrist, demanding to stop acting whiny. I never told him I was getting annoyed with his crap, but when he grabbed like, I just slammed my foot down onto my foot, and that's when he went ahead and pushed me. And when we were arguing, we were next to a flight of stairs, and his push caused me to fall down the stairs."

"When I finally woke up, I found out I was in a coma... For 2 years... Not only that but the fall was so bad that I was paralyzed for a year and a half... I lost years of my life... This caused my mom to up and leave me, my brother, and my dad, because she didn't like that Jax was let off Scott free while having to take care of her paralyzed child. But shortly after, I was going through my physical therapy, my dad up and passed away from working 2 jobs non-stop.
This caused me to go into a deeper depression, and my younger brother took it upon himself to work two jobs to pay off my bills, making me want to kill myself..."

"I know it wasn't the right mindset, but when your mom abandons you and the family because you're paralyzed, my father worked himself to death to pay off my bills, and my brother gave up on his dreams to be a jester in a circus. That would make a lot of people want to die... But then I remembered... Remember that once a year, a man wearing a Ringmaster outfit shows up once a year in front of the beach; I made a deal, and now I'm here."

Pomni explained her past, having Ragatha in the room with her.

"W-wow... That was... That was something... I'd never expected..."
Ragatha said as she was rubbing her arm.

Pomni looked down at the floor, feeling her depression closing in. Just then, Ragatha hugged Pomni tight, catching her off guard.

"I know this isn't something most people would do when they just met someone, but if you need someone to rant to, or need someone to be in your corner rooting you on, I'll be there."
She said as she gently stroked Pomni's hair.

"Thnnk yyyu"
Pomni said as she was muffled by Ragatha's breast.

'We may have just met, but I feel like me and her will get along, just wish her breast didn't suffocate me.'
