Monday had to deliver some makeup kits to one of her clients but got stuck in that area. She tried calling Praise to get her a cab but her battery had already died. She stood by the roadside stranded and would attempt stopping any car that came to pass by but none stopped nor offered to Give her a ride.

Caleb's route to his house happened to be on the same road as Monday stood. He easily noticed her so he stopped right infront of her and rolled down the window to his right.
"Hi Monday", he said with a grin. Adwoah thanked God for sending an angel to his rescue.
"Hey sir", she replied with a smile knowing for sure that she has forgotten his name.
"Do you live in this area?", He asked a bit surprised.
"Nope, I came to drop something for a customer and I am left stranded here".
"Oh, sorry dear, do you mind if I give you a ride?", He winked at her.
"No for sure", she smiled and hopped in right after Caleb unlocked the door for her.
"Right so where do you live?"
"The Little Rock, st. Helena's Street".
"That's a bit far from here!".
"Yeah, I know", she chuckled while Caleb started driving.

Praise has been worried sick since she returned from work and did not come to find Adwoah home. She called her for several hours yet her lone was unreachable. Finally, her phone got switched off. She thought of so many weird things which could possible have happened to her.
Caleb got to a stop infront of Monday's apartment. Praise stood in front of the window from her room which faced outside the house. She sighed heavily when Adwoah got out of the car.
"Thank you so much sir", Adwoah said as soon as she got out from the car.
"My name is Caleb and you are welcome", he smiled.
"Yes caleb, it actually skipped my mind".
"Kindly apologize to your girlfriend for me. It was not my intention to keep you away from her", she teased since Kev had been calling throughout the drive and Caleb felt reluctant to answer it.
"Well, I actually dropped her home so I guess she's safe and cool with me now", he played along causing Adwoah's eyes to widen. "Can I get your number so that I can call you..... You know we're more like friends now right?", He continued.
"Uhmmm, sure", she replied and took his phone. Thus, giving him her contact.
"There you go, see you some other time. Bye angel", Monday waved and went inside the house. Caleb giggled for a while and drove away.
"I see, so when did you start befriending Sir Caleb?", Praise teased.
"And where is that question coming from?", Adwoah giggled.
"I saw everything through my window".
"Well, I don't care whatever you saw through your window but someone just saved my ass from being killed".
"Oww really, tell me what happened? You know I was worried about you".

"I'm so sorry my dear, thank God for bringing you back to me", praise said after Adwoah was done with her narration.
"Wait, why are you acting like African moms do?", Adwoah chuckled.
"I am here expressing my gratitude to God for your life and you are here teasing me". Adwoah burst out laughing hard.
"You know what, I apologise for making you worry", adwoah said after ceasing laughter.
"I'm ok", she answered a bit annoyed.
"This is actually the last time I'd go on an errand in the evening. I promise", she smiled.
"Ok, I've heard you", praise replied he replied with smiles and hugged her.
"Ok, so let's go inside and get you something to eat", Praise said and hanged her hand on Adwoah's shoulders as they enter the house.

Caleb got home after a few minutes drive. He walked straight to his bathroom for a shower and then returned to his bed, dreaming about Adwoah the whole night. His thoughts got interrupted by Kev's call.
"Hey man, whats up? I've been calling since and you are yet to answer or call back", Kevin's voice purred through
"Sorry, boss I got occupied with my girlfriend", he teased with a smirk on his face.
"A girlfriend? Caleb, you have a girlfriend I know nothing of?"
"Yes please, I'd show her to you when the right time comes. So tell me, why have you been blowing up my phone all evening?"
"Yes, tomorrow we'd be meeting an investor, the one with whom if things go well, we will launch another jewelry for the company. Gotta make an impression"
"Yes sir, I'm at your service".
"Alright, get a good sleep, I'll see you tomorrow".
"Ok, bye then", Caleb said and hanged up.

Monday had finished eating and was in her room checking her Instagram page when she saw an unknown number calling. She hesitated to answer but after consideration she answered it.
"Hi", Adwoah said.
"Hi, Monday. Hope you know the one calling", a masculine voice came through.
"Yh... Caleb right?"
"Yes, you got it right. I just got home and I wanted to know how you are feeling?"
"Ermm... That's very nice of you. Besides I just finished eating so I'm doing great thanks to you".
"Oh don't mention it. I'm glad that you are doing well now", he chuckled.
"Yeah, but thanks again".
"You are always welcome...... Is there a possibility of me meeting you again tomorrow around 1pm?", Caleb asked.
"Uhmmm, no. I'll be very busy tomorrow so let's make it the next day if it will be ok for you"
"Right! That's perfect. So I'd come and pick you from the house, will that be ok for you?"
"Yes, cause I'd be delivering something to a customer so why I you tell me the place we'd meet and I promise to be there on time".
"Ok but take all the time you need dear, it's not an interview, you know", he giggled.
"Yep, it's a date and I got it", she grinned.
"Alright so see you on Friday then, it's 1pm ok. Have a sweet night".
"Same to you my dear", she said in between her gritted teeth and hurriedly hanged up. Caleb couldn't believe his ears and roamed on his bed thinking of what Monday just said. Calling her dear alone gave Adwoah the hint of them meeting up. She smiled to herself and closed her eyes.
