Arabs are the supreme masters of human eloquence. One aspect of eloquence in Arabic is that the author of a book might write a poem describing or praising his/her book. Alternatively, the poem describing or praising a book might be written by a different poet who is not the author of the book. This poem is considered a eulogy that shows the merits of the newborn book. Since I am an Arab and since I am a bilingual poet (all the praises and thanks are to Allah for granting me these great blessings), I decided to write a poem which represents a eulogy for this newborn novel. This is the second time I do this for an English book but I have already done it in one of my Arabic books before. This novel is very dear to me and beloved to my heart. Therefore, it deserves this poem! I hope that the poem encourages you to read my novel completely in order to reap its maximum benefits. The title of the poem is: "The Splendid Novel".
