The Imperial Family of the Chinese Empire lives in the Jasmine City which is renowned for its charming beauty and natural attractions. The Imperial Family consists of Emperor Wei Jian, Empress Fang Huan, Prince Yueliang Jian and Princess Taiyang Jian in addition to their uncles, aunts and cousins. The emperor and the empress love their children so much and cherish them significantly. Yueliang and Taiyang also love their parents and treat them with the utmost reverence.

Emperor Wei Jian and Empress Fang Huan prepare their children for leadership and teach them about different topics such as politics. They also discover the talents of Yueliang and Taiyang and help them grow and prosper in alignment with their hobbies and skills. Yueliang is fond of calligraphy while Taiyang loves drawing and painting much. The emperor and the empress establish The Imperial Art Gallery of the Dragon and the Phoenix which features the calligraphy works of Yueliang and the paintings of Taiyang. The art gallery has been a huge success for the Imperial Family.

The happiness of the Imperial Family will not last for long because of a magician called Zixin Quon. Zixin is an ambitious magician who discovers an occult magic technique that converts stones to gold. With the unlimited money supply that Zixin has access to, he starts to climb the ladder of power step by step. Zixin pursues his education in commerce and politics and then starts his own philanthropic project that will be later a nightmare for the Imperial Family.

After Zixin joined the government and knew about its inside secrets, he decided to plot a coup against Emperor Wei Jian in order to quench his thirst for power. The coup was intelligently planned and carried out and resulted in making Zixin the new emperor of the Chinese Empire in addition to the assassination of Emperor Wei Jian and Empress Fang Huan. Zixin also obliterated the entire Imperial Family. The only surviving members of the Imperial Family are Yueliang and Taiyang and they are being chased by Zixin.

While being immersed in the darkest moments of their lives, Yueliang and Taiyang realized that they must resist their fears and weaknesses and rise strongly from their calamity in order to fight Zixin and overthrow him. They wanted to take revenge on Zixin for all the evil acts he did against them and their Imperial Family.

Yueliang and Taiyang are accompanied by one hero, Junjie Song, who is the Imperial Minister of Intelligence. Together they join the Merlin School and form new friendships with the students in their class. Coincidence can bring the most valuable relationships in one's life. This is exactly what happened with Taiyang when she met Mohammad Azzumurrud by coincidence. Mohammad taught Yueliang, Taiyang, Junjie and the rest of their friends about Islam and the Arabic and Islamic civilization in a well-organized and methodical manner and all of them converted to Islam. Armed with the Islamic faith and strong determination, Yueliang, Taiyang and the rest of their friends move mountains in order to overthrow Zixin and restore the throne. The vast majority of the friends of Yueliang and Taiyang sacrificed their souls in order to let Yueliang and Taiyang be victorious. Ultimately, love and sacrifice are crowned with success.
