I have chosen the title of my novel (The Breeze of Dusk with the Scent of Musk) consisting of two phrases with the same rhyme (Dusk rhymes with Musk). In choosing a rhyming title, I followed and adhered to a famous, elegant and long-established convention, norm or rite in the Arabic and Islamic civilization where Arab and Muslim scholars cleverly and exquisitely coin impressive and attractive titles for their books that have usually two or three rhyming parts. Choosing titles with rhymes, when done properly and wisely, adds syntactical and semantic beauty to the title and the book and is superior to boring titles that lack rhyming.
To cherish, foster and encourage the use of titles that rhyme in all human languages as recommended by the Arabic and Islamic civilization, I coined the following proverb:
"Sublime titles rhyme."
Rhyming book titles are a distinguishing fingerprint of the Arabic and Islamic civilization. I believe they also exist in other languages but I conjecture that the Arabic and Islamic civilization has the lion's share of this artistic phenomenon because Arabs are the supreme masters of human eloquence and this is one of the reasons why Allah, the One and Only True God, chose them to carry the Holy Koran, His miraculous Word, and convey His message (Islam [the only true religion]) to all mankind.
An interesting research study that I certainly have no time to perform is to exhaustively survey all rhyming book titles across all human languages and provide a complete statistical ranked list about the quantity and quality of those titles in each language.
