He feels alone.
His arms wraped around himself trying to provide any sort of warmth onto himself even though he knows he'll only end up colder when he thinks of being so lonely that he doesn't have anyone to provide him with the warmth he craves.
He's currently wrapped up in a blue sweater that belongs to Harry and one of his own sweatpants. The rain outside pelts on his window and sounds around the quiet room. He let's the sound of the water droplets lull him to a state of relaxed numbness. His bones feel heavy and his eyes droop tiredly but he stubbornly keeps on opening them and forcing himself to stay awake. He's curled in on himself and he doesn't want to move so he won't loose the warmth he had allowed himself to feel, but he lazily sits up so he could pull the blanket over himself.
Louis instantly sighs and snuggles up on Harry's side of the bed, instantly feeling even more warmth enter his body. He barely even moves to look towards the bedroom door when its pulled open to reveal a curly haired lad. The small Doncaster boy smiles sleepily at his boyfriend and blinks slowly.
"You're here." He tells him.
"The rain got us so Nick and I decided to cut our get together short. I drove him home as well or else I would've been here earlier.
And of course he was with Nick.
"He could've walked." He grumbled making Harry chuckle.
"He would've gotten soaked Lou. And besides," he paused to look at Louis. "He's a good mate, I really enjoy hanging out with him so I'm kind of bummed out we couldn't go to the show tonight like we had said." And yes, maybe he should stop talking, but he was too busy removing his slightly wet clothes to notice the upset and jealous frown on Louis' face along with his watering eyes.
"The show?" He asked curiously.
"Oh yeah! Nick had an extra ticket to some magic show and he asked if I wanted to come with. It was supposed to be today, but I guess not since the rain started up."
"You were going to go out with him?" He breathed out shakily. "Like- like on a date." He heard Harry sigh so he directed his gaze away from the light blue wall and onto him.
"Louis, I'm with you."
"That doesn't mater Haz, a lot of people go on dates even though they're already with someone." This caused the green eyed lad to stop looking for a decent shirt to sleep in and turn to the small boy now sat up on the bed.
"Are you accusing me of cheating on you?" He chocked out incredulously. When Louis stayed quiet he scoffed. "Great, thank you for having a shit ton of faith in me Louis, it fucking means a lot." He grabbed a random shirt and tugged it on angrily.
"I'm sorry Haz I've-"
"You know what?" He growled out. "You've been acting like shit and you seem as if you were fucking depressed. Honestly Louis, I don't know what the fuck to do or say most of the time so I'm sorry if I want to go out with a friend instead of staying at home."
Louis gulped down the lump in his throat, or tried to, and jumped out of bed when Harry grabbed the jacket he had left on the ground and walked out of the room.
"Hazza, where are you going?" He squeaked out through his tears.
"Outside." Harry snapped and opened the front door only to walk out and slam it shut moments later.
And you coul've stabed him a billion times, yet it would've still hurt less. But it was all good.
Good.
